In my state they have guidelines for controlling nuisance wildlife. Double check with your state's wildlife codes before hand. One nosey neighbor can cause a lot of grief afterwards.
In a lot of places this would be illegal. But it is kind of like speeding in that law enforcement normally won't care unless you draw attention to yourself (like posting a video on social media). If your local law enforcement decides to be real jerks, they can use "civil forfeiture" to seize your vehicle.
Was it a male or female? Im wondering because this is the time of year all kinds of animals have young. I hope there are no babies waiting for mom to come feed them. Slow death if there are babies.
Not sure, but a few more were sited by family members so I set more traps. Don't wish them any harm, but I can't afford the property damage they cause.
