This is a marvellous feat on your part - and how many months or years of love and scrupulous listening has it taken you? It's an absolute jewel and this is the Schubert lieder concert I shall come to first when next I visit UA-cam. It will also be one of my prime recommendations when I meet anyone who is eager to hear glorious singing and interpretation. Thank you so much! What a splendid collection of Schubert lieder is here. Comparisons are invidious but Sophie von Otter and Gundula Janowitz were a revelation,, and Janet Baker's 'Ave Maria' was the best I have heard, and restored to it to Lieder rather than to religion. I think his settings of the Mignon songs would have merited a place and also Christa Ludwig and Edith and this but there are so many great performances here that it is to cavil, perhaps another selection. I would like several performances of one song
I think Janowitz takes Du Bist Die Ruh too slowly. I prefer Fischer-Dieskau's version. She does have a beautiful voice though, and a hairstyle right out of the fifties!

Three small improvements, in case you can remake it: 1) three very famous Lieder are missing: Erlkoenig, Gretchen am Spinnrade and Der Lindenbaum 2) the volume level of Der Tod und das Mädchen is much higher than the Lieder before and after 3) the last Lied is cut abrubtly
