Ever since the "Capussi" incident, I'm convinced any content Vinny is in or produced by/for him is going to be of the highest quality possible, and his intros are a true testament of that.
@@TobiasWhisperwind Sorry to disappoint, but it was all done in editing. At least the intro graphic itself, which isn't too hard if one basically copies the original beat by beat. I spent so much time playing the Mary-Kate and Ashley game as a kid because I was at the mercy of what my parents bought me. I entirely forgot about it until now.
Perfect Weapon looks like an absolute nightmare. When the very first screen of the game is enough to confuse you to the point of rage, somebody done hecked up. Even in Bubsy 3D, at least you can say that you can MOVE at all times. (Not very well, but still.)
Next time you play a collection of PS1 games, may I recommend taking a look at "Rock 'em, Sock 'em, Robots Arena"? It's a fighting game based off of the Rock 'em Sock 'em robots toy, where the original red and blue robots are "retired" and commentate over the matches the "new" robots fight in. I could not for the life of me, find the names of the voice actors though. It was developed by Paradox development and published by Mattel Interactive. My favorite thing about the game was being able to customize the fighter you chose with body parts from the other fighters you fought. Attacks were tied to the individual body parts as well, so instead of trying to remember how to do the attacks for a specific character, you'd have to remember how to do the attacks with each characters body part. It was made easier by the fact that Square and Triangle were attacks with the arms, Circle was for attacks with the body, and X was for attacks with the legs. Also, inside the matches themselves, there was individual limb damage, so if you did enough damage to the opponents right arm, it could fall off mid-match. If you knocked an opponents limb off, you unlocked it for free in the customization area. If you destroyed the opponents torso, you got their legs the same way. Destroying the opponents head was an instant KO. If you played through the Career Mode, every character would get upgraded parts, so every fighter had 2 sets of limbs for you to use (excluding torso, just new arms and legs). Even if you just watch the opening cinematic and play 1-2 quick fights, I'd love to see you play it. Hell, I'd be down to see you corrupt it too.
