This video hit differently.... I never found myself “good” at art but I’ve always loved working with paints and clays. I’ve been stuck in life and been dealing with anxiety and depression for about 10 years now. This may be something I need to give me that balance I need in my life. Currently a manager at a fast food restaurant and it’s not ideal, trying to move out of my parents house with my bf, but our schedules are total opposites... I cry and get mad a lot and he doesn’t understand me... thanks so much for this though I really wanna look into this
Absolutely wonderful...... It shows me my ministerial path and my career path as a Visual artist. Kudos to the team(s). It's a wonderful job well done.... I pray that GOD'S MIRACULOUS power of HEALING is manifested and known through this path all over the world in Jesus Christ name Amen.

Sense of control ????? No.. not at all.. Art is infact losing into devinity thus it's relaxation There is no need to control anything when u want to relax u need to surrender ...
My whole life I've struggled with depression and anxiety, but drawing and painting helps me so much.
