I appreciate this video and enjoy using art therapy as a tool to both explore my responses to situations but I also use it ti tell my story in an art journal. Without the story telling option I would not have reached the understandings of me, so in saying this I want to share the importance of certain art classes that also help to build confidence and self esteem that are beneficial in the art therapy world.

It is well known that often when Kids can't or don't want to talk about how they feel, they can draw or paint them.
This video shows a few examples of simple art tasks to explore the vast interior world of children selected from a series of activity books called Meeting Myself,

this didn't explain what to expect in therapy. it's just ....the types of materials and how it benefits you. Nothing about what you will do with the supplies specifically. just fyi.

She offers help to people with cancer, elaborating with people of such need might not be pleasant.Helpers are absorbing the suffering of the world, their souls are carrying a heavy duty, I can see from the video that she is pleasant and her eyes show her empathy on working in these environment.Let s not judge people from their smile and have a more wide approach on what they are doing and what impact could have this on their attitude.

I completely agree with the comment about no smile. Her demeanor is not inviting in any way. The person who says we shouldn't impose that expectation on her is ridiculous. Of course we are affected by the demeanor of the therapist. If she is so overburdened by her work that she cannot smile, she is likely in the wrong line of work.
