- This week, I finally hit 100 miles to cap off the Summer 100 series in Boulder, Colorado. In this video, I take on a mile repeat session, an easy run with some friends, and a long run at Gold Hill. Thanks to everyone who followed along for this series! It's been incredible to see the growth on the channel and I'm looking forward to creating more content throughout the season. Drop a comment below about your favorite part of the series! Thanks @TinmanElite for the opportunity this summer 🤘🏽

Inspiring dude!!! I am at around 50 miles a week and would love to get to 100 a week someday!
your content is well produced, don't stop. Id include other physical challenges that aren't exclusive to races in off season. This is fun
Look forward to these new vids man. Keep crushing it. The inspiration you’re spreading is unreal!
this is great man, Love these videos!
you're killing it man! you've been inspiring me to push myself a little bit more in training but still stay smart about it

Brock keep up the awesome running content dude. 👌🏃🏃
Hey Brock, glad me and Cole could catch up with you in Boulder on our trip, it made our trip a lot better running into friends.
Great content mate 👌🏻
Love your videos 😎🤟🏻
Mejor canal de UA-cam ahora mismo🔥. Saludos desde España 👐🏼
great job on the vid. would love to see a stretch routine
I ran through peroneal tendonitis for a few 90 mile weeks during my last season of cross. It's a pain but can be dealt with. Do plenty of activation with a band before you run and plenty of rolling out and you'll be fine.
Incredible Content
Kinda pissed you hit 100 miles this quick bc that means the content will slow. Keep it rollin man, loving the content and lovin to watch your fitness grow! Best is yet to come
Maybe… or maybe now that I’m done with my internship and starting my season, I’ll be able to roll out videos every week for the rest of the year 👀

waiting for you to blow up :) all it takes is one viral piece of content!
🔥🙌🏽🔥
I’ve been doing 120 miles a week for a couple months now. Anything is possible with enough carbs on board
W content
I noticed you added a tempo 400 in your warmup for the workout, is that something you do a lot/would you recommend adding that to certain workout routines?
Brock Kelly Rules the Running UA-cam scene ❗️
L&L running productions are superior
@@TheSamDeery they're great but brocks videos are fr the highest quality
@@TheSamDeery high five dude!
@@Hydrogenations true but L&L will pick it up as they get to Stanford 😁
Yo what camera do you use?
Wake up, brock Kelly posted
💯
My most miles in one run was 8.5 and I’m 12 but I’m not sure if it is good or not
im a highschooler that averages 40 miles a week but one day challenged myself to a whole 100 mile week and it was hard
At 8:39, where are your glasses from? Thanks.
They’re Roka sunglasses. Probably the best running sunglasses on the market in my opinion.
I’m curious, do you train by heart rate at all? or is based off effort? I’m curious to know what kind of speed you run your super easy at (zone 1 / 2)
Yeah, sometimes I train by heart rate. A lot of it is by feel. Easy days are between 130 and 150 bpm. Moderate days are 150-170bpm. Threshold days are 170-183
@@TheBrockKelly oh nice! a follow up question then.. do you or are you training for a particular distance? (5k, 10k, Marathon etc..)
@@DarrenDayo0903 I’m training for 8k and 10k races in the NCAA circuit.
@@TheBrockKelly okay that gives me a better picture of your training. I’m sure you’ll smash it dude. Good luck 🤞🏼
how long has u been running?
I started running in 5th grade. Didn’t hit 80 miles per week until spring of this year. Now I’ve hit 80+ for 10 weeks straight.
@@TheBrockKelly damn i watched your 100 miles videos and i decided to run 100km ( highest weeky milage i’ve run) last week it was tough painful and fun
Dead & Company T spotted 💀🌹⚡ ....
