I'm Serbian-born but have lived in Australia for over 4.5 decades. In Australia, if any animal is neglected there is harsh punishment either by being fined a hefty fine even jail time and or both simultaneously. I hope that someday 🇷🇸 will invoke the courage to bring about this law as well. It deeply breaks my heart to see how any human being can treat any animal with any form of neglect, especially to this severity. In my firm assertion, I protest that owners like this should ever have the right to own an animal; because owning an animal is a privilege and unless that privilege is "earned" you have no business or right to have pets/ animals. But when it concerns you guys I am so warmed and touched that you exist. You're saving these angels and I honour you so much for it. Thank you from the very depth of my soul for being their guardian angels. You are the most gentle groomer handler I have ever seen on any channel on UA-cam and that is so precious to watch. Your care, love and nurture for these animals is a God sent for these fur babies and I am so grateful you exist, especially in a country where animals have no voice. You are their voice, you are their love and even saviour. From one Serbian woman to another, Hvala, hvala vam puno I sve najlepse.
Yes we have RSPCA an organisation where we can report abused animals.Owners are fined and animals taken away from them.Surprised Serbia and all other countries don't have this.
When you want to be happy but cry at the same time ….they deserve better than that but you both should be proud of yourselves for continuing helping them from getting like they are now ❤

From WC USA, you guys do great work and really help these dogs to look and feel better, Thank You for that! You tell that in your country the laws do not really help to get people to care for their dogs and other animals, however, even in USA laws do not always help animals, in our state, Tennessee animals only have to have shelter and be fed! We have private Organizations that ask people to give $19.00 a month to help animals but only spend a little of that money while Millions of Dollars sit in banks! Their CEO’s collect hundreds of thousands of Dollars in pay each year while those that actually do go out and help dogs and other animals are volunteers or receive low pay! So there are many problems even in our “So Called” Rich country!

Thank you for your care of this precious dog. She looks like perhaps a Lhasa Apso or a mix with some other breed. They have a thick underhair and get matted very easily with small sticks and grass getting in with the mats. So glad the owner will be taking advantage of your kind offer to give her free trims. If he brings her in on a monthly basis, she will be looking beautiful all the time. Hopefully the owner will be responsible in the future.
I saw that you shave/clip all around the muzzle. Do you cut the whiskers when you shave the muzzle? If you cut a dogs whiskers, will they grow back? It's so heart-warming to see these puppies after you help them. ❤❤

Is there a way in your country to petition the government for animal abuse and neglect laws? I'm from New Jersey, USA and at least in my state people can create a petition and with enough peoples' support, it can ask the local government to consider laws or programs that are needed

Grooming is challenging. At times it seems like a form of surgery cutting through the matted fur. You do good work.
