At the start, optimism quickly disappears as the day's challenges grow. The groomer faces the most complicated case of their career, leading to desperation. The story of neglected dogs is retold, highlighting the lack of legal animal protection.
Despite the difficult situation, a deal is struck with the owner for free grooming treatments. As the grooming progresses, frustration mounts due to extreme matting and filth. The careful process of removing mats and debris ensues, requiring extreme care. Despite initial relief after tackling the tail, the ordeal intensifies with the legs. The groomer uncovers the extent of the dog's suffering caused by neglect. Motivated by the goal of ending the dog's suffering, the team persists through the most demanding challenges.

What amazes me is ,it's illegal to steal a dog in your country but quite OK to let them live in this condition till they die. Unbelievable !

I think I know the answer. We are about to find out that we have been in a massive global war for thousands of years. God v's Satan, Humanity v's Elites, also known as the cabal/illuminati/Khazarian mafia. There are a lot of soul-less clones roaming amongst us. My guess is the owner of the dogs is one of them. Also, the cabal run the governments at all levels, and they aren't human. Yes aliens exist. The ultimate aim is to get rid of organic life on this planet so the A.I. can take over completely. That is why the local governments don't care about animal cruelty and why nothing gets done at the top. We will be going into a global shut down of everything from banks, supermarkets, educational facilities, hospitals etc. very very soon. Everything is about to be replaced, for the good.

I don't understand how these people can look you in the eye and say anything was there animals. I want to thank you so much for your continuous love and support of these poor animals.
My emotions are often confused because of that thing that I can only groom those poor dogs. In one hand, I'm happy because of that, but in the other, I'm angry because I can't do anything more of that. I can buy some food or antiparasitic medics, but that's not what those dogs needs... For more of that, I still have to wait for something to change here. And hey, Thank you for being a Guardian Angel! ❤️️

All of you have an amazing amount of stamina to finish a job of this magnitude. I hope the owner will bring them back on a regular basis. They appear to be nice and well mannered dogs. We have similar issues here in the US too. People often take on more dogs than they can handle and that cute little bundle of fur ends up a matted mess. It's sad for all involved and the animal suffers the most abuse of all because they cannot tell the world about their pain until a caring person notices and helps them. THANK YOU!

Don't give up, never give up on the idea of caring for an animal. Our little terrier is 17 years old now, we absolutely love her and we never stop looking after her. Our other little dog is 5 years old, together they receive everything they need for a very comfortable daily life.

I would like to suggest that you buy a long nose (needle nose) tree pruning shear to use i place of your good scissors. I believe the pruning shear would cut through the filthy matted fur more easily and quicker than your good scissors.
Pruning shears are built for tough work, you grip them with your whole hand. They are much easier on your fingers.
Needle nose pruning shears are not super expensive (much less than your good scissors. If you had the pruning shear for this horrible work, you could save the edge of you scissors for what they were built to do.
I'm curious to see if this suggestion is useful.

I don't often cry, but tears were in my eyes almost the entire time. You are a very strong person: you do what needs to be done even when it's so hard and disheartening.
