LADIES!!!! IM A 41 YEAR OLD WOMAN MOTHER OF 3 BOYS. I HAVE ALL MY REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS IN TACT. I HAVE THE MOST HEAVIEST BLEEDING, BLOOD CLOTS, BECOME ANEMIC ALMOST EVERY 3 MONTHS. The worst of the worst, having to leave work because I bleed through my clothes. I was taking 100 mg of progesterone cream daily. I thought it was helping, but not really. I uped to 400 mg daily and I shocked. It significantly helped my period flow. I can’t believe it and want to share with every woman going through this!!!

Wow, thank you for sharing your experience! Dealing with heavy periods and anemia sounds incredibly tough, especially with the added stress of needing to leave work. It's fantastic to hear that increasing your progesterone cream dosage has made such a difference for you. Sharing your journey could be incredibly helpful for other women facing similar challenges.

I'm so glad you are informing people of this information. I wish I had this info in high school haha. I've been taking vitamin k2 around my cycle time for a few months ever since my dad gave it to me out of concern for my health since I'm dairy/egg free and it's tough to get enough in my diet (my dad's naturopathic Dr. recommended it for heart/bone health, regulating use of calcium in the body). I did not expect to notice changes after taking this but I noticed very quickly a huge improvement with my period; less heavy, less cramps, less clotting as well as less bruising on my body (I bruised easy before). I used to go through super+ tampons like you would not believe it was aweful. I sprained a ankle pretty severely and the doctor was surprised by the lack of bruising, that could also be because I regularly take vitamin c, d3, calcium, & magnesium. I also take 1tsp red maca root during my menstrual cycle as a period symptom relief if needed, it works for me within a hour of taking it for most of the day. Thank you for this informative video. I hope it helps alot of people.

Avoid eating foods with an estrogenic affect before and during your period : dairy , peanuts ( anything fried in peanut oil or soybean oil) , soy , kale and other cruciferous veges . I’m suffering with the heaviest bleeding bc I indulged on all of these days before my period- and I know this already ! This is by far the best advice I can give as a woman who has always had heavy periods since day one .

I cannot believe this 😵 I am very hopeful K2 will help me. For 3 yrs I have 2 larger than a quarter clots every cycle, its like having contractions and giving birth. Once I pass the second clot my cramps go away almost instantly. I have had this clotting issue on and off since I was a teen but I will go a random yr or a few random months w no clotting and no cramps or just mild cramps and then it all comes back. I looked up K2 sources and there are barely any food sources, especially ones I eat, so I can see how it would be sheer luck to get enough k2 and could explain finally why I have some random periods that are fine. One thing I now recall was my nonpain times I was really into fermented foods and kombucha and over time I grew out of love with them and I am not a big meat eater so...😵 and I thought I got alot of vit k because I eat my greens but I didnt realize K1 and K2 differences. Just bought k2 supplement and Im bringing back kombucha and sauerkraut! Thank you!

I’d like to challenges the doctors. I suffered from heavy menstruation for multiple years! Did research etc only to find out if I switched my pads based on the heaviness it will help. I was never aware of thick pads. Hospitals don’t all say that and that’s sad. We’ve got to be better about educating ourselves. Many hours spent in ER just to go through rigorous hours of nothing found and transxamic acid didn’t even work. More doctors should be educated.

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about your struggles with heavy menstruation. It's frustrating when solutions aren't readily available, and I appreciate you sharing your experience. You're absolutely right about the importance of self-education and advocating for our own health. Sometimes, small adjustments like switching to thicker pads can make a big difference, but it's unfortunate that this information isn't always widely known or communicated by healthcare providers. Your insight highlights the need for improved education and awareness in the medical community. Thank you for speaking up and sharing your journey-it can help others facing similar challenges. I've started keto and IF this week, every morning around 6-7 am I basically hemorrhage. I take iron, b complex, potassium, vD3, zinc, basically every supplement I have.
This morning I almost passed out. I was in the bathroom yelling for help and got my son to call 911. Emt came, my blood pressure was OK until I stood up, she said it dropped 10 points, she also checked my blood sugar and it was normal. I told her what I was doing with fasting and very low carb. She said I needed to eat. I looked online and ate foods that said would help to raise low blood pressure. I still hear my heart beat, still get extremely weak. I drink mainly water and green tea and a cup of oj with my iron. The bleeding last about an hour then stops. It's 10 pm and all I do is stress about 6-7 am and if I'm going to pass out and die.
I also take 20mg Provera at 12pm. I was hoping it would have kicked in by now, been taking it since Monday. Was taking it before but I stopped for about 3 weeks because I wasn't bleeding so I wanted to see if my body would correct itself. Big mistake.
At this point I'm telling my 3 sons constantly how much I love them and making my peace with God. I'm 58 and considered morbidly obese. I was working toward Omad on a strict ketovoir diet but nothing works.

While there's no way to completely stop periods without medical intervention, there are some options you might consider:
Hormonal birth control: Birth control pills, patches, or injections can help regulate your menstrual cycle and reduce bleeding.
Intrauterine device (IUD): Certain types of IUDs can significantly reduce or stop menstrual bleeding.
Endometrial ablation: This procedure can thin the lining of the uterus, reducing menstrual flow.

Please can you clarify the dosage? You said 100 mg in the video and notes, but the Amazon link is for 200 micro gram tablets. That’s a big difference. Thanks

You stated to start it at the end of period; so do you stop taking a few days before period or up until it starts again?

Hi. I have constant sinus drainage but it gets terrible worst during my cycle. Do you have any information on why this is?

Same, I think for me it’s histamines and my cycle creates inflammatory response and I’m sensitive to histamines.

Yo Friend magnesium helped me to make it less heavy. But my main problem was my hypothyroidism. A lot of ppl have that but dont know it

poochie palooty i took pure magnesium citrate and it worked well. I took 3 capsules a day. But make sure you dont take it on a completely empty stomach. I often got diarrhea because of that. I dont know why magnesium made it better. Maybe i was deficcient in that or because of the thyroid. Thyroid works better with magnesium and there was more to add. Right now im taking a magnesium komplex from sundaynatural

Liz Juarez Yes. K-2 is directed at the clotting, lessening the "flood gates.

You need some jewelry guide, lol don't be mad, 1. you should not pair such big pairs of earrings with that necklace. 2. There is a lot going on with your blouse, so you should keep your jewelry simple. Thanks for the tips tho
