Forget that they're beautiful creatures and I mean beautiful but that is one that is not on my bucket list for sure I heard that deep blue was spotted in Hawaii Last Summer it would be amazing to dive with her the biggest great white that we know of living today I studied her pictures and she is just magnificent I think my dream dive would be with a whale shark I'm sure you know Chandler but I'm pretty sure he said he is going to be diving with great whites pretty soon maybe you can get with him and go together but I promise you this much girl if I ever make it to Florida I am booking a charter with you and we will dive but you'll have to teach me LOL

My wife and I just returned from a bull shark dive in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico as a way of celebrating her 61st birthday. It was a birthday neither of us will ever forget. We were 82' down on the ocean floor. I can't imagine trying to do your job while snorkeling. Beautiful video.
It's always nice to have a co-workers day to play in the water. I lived in the Keys and worked on a charter dive boat that did occasional 3 day dive trips. It was always a blast to go diving and spearfishing on days when there was no charter. I was a young man then (late 70s)and was "living the life". I remember how everyone we took out was in awe of our job. We didn't get paid a lot but the experience was priceless. You remind me of my younger days. Our Captain was Ed Davidson who is still active in the Keys Coalition and FL Keys Audubon Society. Two major conservation societies. He was a Top Gun fighter pilot in the Vietnam war and an incredible person to work with.

Missed you on catch em all shoes so I decided to look you up and find your UA-cam channel
Looks like a lot of fun diving with those Bull Sharks, Been trying to find a Great White to free dive with for ages, but the bloody Orcas keep chasing them away.
The one place where I know they are consistently, we are not allowed to free dive or scuba at all due the nasty abalone poacher problem.
Can still do the Shark cage diving to see the Great Whites in that area, but the cage is so boring.

I've been diving with hammers and tigers , but never bulls . I hear they are pretty aggressive . Love the water there . Cayman Islands is also great diving .
Much better than the bull shark dive in Playa del Carmen...they are so weird I couldnt even wear my yellow fins.

Those remoras that attach themselves to the sharks - wonder what would happen if you grabbed one and yanked it off.
Just curious, how long can you hold your breathe free-diving? What if you had a problem shark and had to surface, wouldn't quickly retreating to grab a breath of air at the surface just make the shark more aggressive?

Is there a lot of training needed before you even get into the water with these amazing creatures and do you have to 100 percent switched on at all times even if you are feeding them or just photographing them. It's an experience of a lifetime

Okay, first time I came across you but I can totally say I'm jealous. Actually considering a career switch, sharks have become my greatest passion. Cagediving with white sharks changed my life, next goals are freediving with multiple kinds of sharks and start internships at shark research centres. I recently "adopted" my first bull shark, of course I want to go to Fiji to freedive and hand feed with him

I was pretty natural in the water with them right off at bat! but diving with different species over the years, you learn each sharks behavior

The 1st time that I have ever been sick on a boat not sea sick because I have never been Sea sick was (?) 1978 when I was 12 at the Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo when the smell of a 838 pound mama bull Shark with 18 pups rotting in the Sun made me throw up and I was sick the rest of the weekend!
I need to fact check but I should be close on the data which is imperative for God Sakes but I wanted share from memory then fact check.

It’s a bucket list item; to be able to dive with sharks, specifically great whites just to see there size and possible power. they are my spirit animal and few people in the world understand them to a certain degree. It’s a shame that they are at the top of the list for the most under researched species on the planet. Keep up the good work! You are gorgeous and truly an inspiration!

I went with Kelly and the guys out for the sharks, it was next to Jupiter, 3 years ago or more. It was a once in a lifetime experience and when I tell the story nobody believes me. She prepared the tuna and lured the sharks also by hitting the water surface. I was afraid they would eat her too. So I waited. But after they appeared and left her in peace, I dared to jump into water. Didnt have much snorkeling experience either. So when the first shark swam in my direction, I nearly got a heart attack and went right back to the boat. Only after second jump I could fix my breath. They laughed. Now if you ask me if I would do it again.. OF Course i'd do it! All the best from Romania! Marius

Swimming with Sharks is one thing but hanging out with BlueGabe is an entirely different story.
Awesome video, just shows these aren't mindless killing machine's, sharks are my favorite fish and would love to do a dive with them again and hopefully my but cheeks aren't so clench that I could not crap meself, lol no almost felt safer with them than driving on South Africa roads. Would you share a recipe for blue shark? I caught one in the Gulf of Alaska the other day. All I found online is some say it's trash, and some say it's good. Soak it in buttermilk overnight, or cook it like a normal fish? Thanks.
