We finally got Phil to snort laughing!!
Jase, go to Dollar General and get them 2 clocks like yours. Put a battery in and set them to the correct time. Put Miss Kay's clock with her alarm set at the time she wants to get up, on her nightstand. The 2nd clock is set to Phil's wake up time. Put Phil's clock on Phil's nightstand.

This is one of the funniest shows in a long time! I have also had the exact same thing happen lately. My iPhone volume is terrible and my alarm isn’t waking me. I also went to Dollar Store for a little plastic, 1-battery alarm. T-Mobile told me I needed a new phone. 🤦♀️. I told them to give me one for free otherwise, Dollar General here I am!

Hey Jase, every now and then hold your power button down and let your phone restart, sometimes that's all it needs every now and then. I do mine the same way, I'm no technology expert but I've learned this.

Phil, I left my phone at home today, I forget it. It was a peaceful day driving with Tom Petty on the radio at high volume! And I loved every minute if it! But in this day and age it's not smart to leave home without it, too many not nice people around!

Hi Phil from Indiana. Your talk on Dollar General I love that store. I live in a very small town and the the closes store to me is a DG. It saves us so much money on certain household items or it’s great to pick up food.

I agree with Phil on the cell phone. I love it when I leave my phone or forget it. I wouldn't have what I have if the rest of the world could communicate other than cell phones and facebook. I need a person like Phil that buffers between me and the rest of the world.

Phil inspired me(for lack of a better word) I have a childhood friend. Hadn’t seen in 40 years. Me Virginia. Her Arizona. She’s been in an outta prison. Drugs. Her 30ish year old son just murdered a couple months ago. Her house caught fire a couple days ago.
She messaged me just now. I messaged her mom. I said? If you can get her here(plane ticket) it’s just me an I got four bedrooms.
We’ll see.
It’s what Jesus would do. Phil and miss Kay would help. I had to offer.

Jase, My phone has volume buttons on the left side and apparently I may be touching it when I move it or pick it up because I ,too, have volume problems with my Android phone. It surely is upsetting when I cannot hear the videos. Glad you solved it.

I'm 29 and I'm trying to get rid of my phone. Phil isn't the only one. I'm also trying to save up and live the life out in the woods. Can't wait for the day I can use my phone for target practice haha. I have a computer so I'm good. But I need my phone now until I move out of oregon.... so hopefully soon. Anyone know of Jon's hiring in AL, MS or LA please let me know.

I’m just as guilty as the next for living a secret life at times. I believe all of us do that to a degree. The flip side of that is something I have experienced in just about every church I’ve been in. Mostly early in attending a church I’ve had questions from other members. Questions like, “do you not feel the need to put your hands in the air?”, “I noticed you were reading your Bible while the preacher was talking?”, “you seemed like you weren’t tuned in to the sermon”, “don’t you own a suit?”, “I didn’t hear you singing, do you want to sing?”, and many others. All of these questions require the inquiring person to be paying attention to me instead of the service or sermon themselves. I have to admit that I am burned out on “Christians” in most church buildings. Just venting, God Bless us all.

This is so funny!! I actually have a friend that can't set the clock on his radio in his truck so every year when rhe time change comes around (Idaho) he raises the hood on his truck and takes the battery cable off the battery just for a second so that when the time changes the clock goes to noon and it will be correct for the next year. It has to be noon when he does this, so he waits for that moment then does it. So funny.
