    Would appreciate a video on Diode reverse recovery, second breakdown in BJT, although I have read this topic, it would be useful for other viewers. Aap aise aur 5-10 chote-chote topic ka ek hi video bana sakte hain.

    Thank you for the video. It would be nice in a future video to describe how to size a snubber. We are currently trying to solve an issue with arcing across relay contacts due to an inductive load. The easiest solution is to install an RC snubber either across the relay contacts or across the load, but it is difficult to calculate suitable values for R and C.

      1- Comments given below are based on my experience of using relays.
      2- Snubber ckt design is application and project based, it is difficult to make a common rule. Video helps to gain knowledge and importance of snubber.
      2- We have used 1000's of relays in many project, but as I remember I have not used snubber for relay contact for my applications.
      3- Mostly relay contact is designed to take sparking, this is normal.
      4- If you use snubber across relay contact, then it will not give perfect off/ open condition.
      5- Pl see data sheet of relay, contact design for 10A resistive load can not break 10A inductive current. Same contact will have 4 different current rating for AC resistive, DC resistive, AC inductive and DC inductive current. This must be there in the data sheet.
      6- Pl give some margin also.
      7- Generally relay are not for high load current. Contactors ( concept simmiler to relay ) are used to switch load.

    Sir please guide us in making RC snubber circuit .
    I'm working on my pure sine wave inverter project . I want to design RC snubber for my inverter. what are the calculation we need to do to get accurate value for R and C.
    I have made H-Bridge using irfp450 mosfet.
    Input voltage from the battery 12v 17ah.
    using SPWM technique to drive my H-bridge.
