We go to Shang Mian all the time! Love it! The dough is sweet and they use quality ingredients.

Shang Artisan Noodle on Flamingo near Decatur also makes those beef pancake appetizers. Just as juicy.

As far as I know the only places that attempt it in Vegas are Guerrilla Pizza at Hard Hat Lounge and Pizza Rock.

Yes you can find the same noodles and pancake at Shang noodle it’s on W Flamingo and Decatur.
Too crowded there and it was easier to shoot at Shang Mian
Definitely going to check these out on my next trip to Vegas!

Try out Big Dan's. They have the best noodles in Vegas imo. The cold noodles and hot oil noodles are 2 of my favorite dishes in town

I don't recall the name, but a Vegas friend took me to this place that specializes in turkey sandwiches. I wasn't in the mood for turkey and got something else. Only when I saw the sandwich that my friend got did I realize my mistake. The place roasts its own turkeys in house!!

Great video, Dan! Always good to get ideas for off strip options for restaurants. Do you have any suggestions or upcoming videos maybe for Vegas "Best Mexican" or "Best Chinese" off strip within a reasonably short cab/Uber ride? Or would you say Shàng Miàn is your best suggestion for Chinese off strip at this point? Or any other place closer to the strip?

if you want to try some good thin crust neapolitan pizza come to new haven connecticut. pizza here famous and different than anything else in the country.You don't have to believe me look up one bite pizza reviews on youtube. And be prepared to wait in line and no reservations
