David Paul and Tim Pandajis are honestly my #1 and #2 for all major weather events and national weather phenomena even from California. Tim isn't quite as good as David at explaining everything but he's really coming into his own and it'd be a shame if KHOU let either of them go.

Right now I don't care about politics or how the Republican party is taking away our freedoms without any vote but if you live in Florida here's a tip take a empty 2 L ( as many as you want) fill it with water about 1/3 of the way then freeze it if you lose power it'll help keep your refrigerator cool and when it melts you got cold drinking water.

This storm reminds me of the 2005 hurricane season and Hurricane Charlie which was on a direct course for Tampa, but turned right just hours before landfall, hitting Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte. I doubt we will be that lucky with Hurricane Ian.
