it's a pile of junk. We've had ours less than two years and done very little printing. It's had a very sheltered life as far as printers go. Now it's making a horrible gear grinding noise whenever it starts up, and I know I'm not the only one with this problem. It has something to do with the head wiping mechanism on the right. Avoid........
I needed an unboxing and set up video and got an advertisement. UGH! My printer comes from the usa but I am now back in Europe. It was set up when I first received it but then it had to be packed an shipped. I replaced all the packing strips etc and back in the Styrofoam packing material and the original box as from the factory . Now after some time it is here. It turns on but I keep getting the message that the ink cartridges are incorrectly installed. But they are correct. Something wrong with the connection I fear. I don't remember what parts open up or not. Maybe there is something stuck somewhere. The scanner light does not travel across the window when turned on. It seems stuck on the left side??? Is there a video that shows all? I am terrible at reading reams of pages and complicated wording.
Ps, After much tender care and cleaning of connecting points according to another video I then got another message. It keeps changing. Either it says "incorrectly installed" or now "incompatible cartridge" which is not possible as they are the ones that came with the printer straight from the factory. UGH!
This is absolutely no help .. how do you set up the dam wireless
They are almost impossible to connect by bluetooth to a MacBook.
how you run the wireles setup wizard?

cant get it t connect with my macbook pro. everytime i select the printer its shuts down word completely. :(
