Hey Mark, love the Blue you picked for Little-By-Little. Awesome bingo plates . And the other you showed us 8n 359 in the video has to door handle from a Kenworth on it. If you are interested in a different kind of trucker movie, check out The Ice Road starring Liam Neeson. It is very entertaining. And we're looking forward to seeing part 2 of the 88 FLC series if you purchased the Rig or not. Please and Thank you.
The key to the threaded inserts IE: RivNuts (my term) is to make sure you match the correct insert to the thickness of the material that you are putting them into. Most of them have 2 grip ranges. One trick if your grip range is too long is to slip a correctly sized fender washer on the squishy size of the insert. Keep the vids coming!
Great videos. The bunk sitting on the 359 was a ablebody 48 inch bunk. They were the first 48’s that were made for Peterbilt in the late 80’s / early 90’s
Watching you open up fan mail is awesome. Then seeing that big smile and you're always so grateful for the gifts is priceless. Love tthe ending of the video spinning the ole 33 1/3 vinyl with a cold drink. Awesome video as always.
Love the new Blue 187 Mark . Nothing better than a colour that changes a little in the sun light . Keep up the great work . I wait for every week to see your next update .
I liked the first clip of the on the hunt series. That old Pete with the butterfly hood would be quite the buy for someone. Your trucks have me fascinated. Been watching since the first episode.
Lived down in FL and in 1971 HS drivers Ed we had brand new Chargers & Challengers to drive , not souped up models but a bit challenging driving around the cones with the extended front end. That blue paint is going to look crazy good.
I drive a 567 Peterbilt. The 589 has the same cab. A full window is no big deal. You're making a mountain out of a molehill. It's still a Peterbilt. It's still a long nose truck. And it's better than those white fancy aerodynamic things over there. Plus you can still get it in a manual. Btw, great choice of color. It's gonna look great finished, with chicken lights and chrome 😎.
I’m glad to see the Pete get finished. Seeing Snowman come out as well as it did was a treat. It’s nice seeing Duke and Bandit projects, but after all this time, it will be neat to see this finished. FYI: ME=Maine
My vote is for the 187 paint. I can't believe you picked that color. That is the exact color i picked and my Dad and I painted my 94 Z71 14 years ago. I remember flipping through the paint books at my local NAPA and I immediately knew that is what was going on my truck. It's a beautiful color. When it is in direct sun it will be a light metallic blue with almost a hint of green, and it transitions into a deep rich darker blue metallic. That was the last project I was able to have my Dad involved in before he passed away.

I really think some Pearl white metal flake on the fenders would be sick!!! Pay homage to the white hood that LBL had for awhile

A washer for backing can only be a good thing!
Great videos. The bunk sitting on the 359 was a ablebody 48 inch bunk. They were the first 48’s that were made for Peterbilt in the late 80’s / early 90’s

That Heavy Duty 359 looks like its right up the alley of a certain 1 legged Canadian. I bet old Zipties and Bias Plies would be ALL over that
