Hi Dallas I have never tried Marmite and I don't believe I have seen it in the stores here in the US.
Wal-Mart and Amazon usually carry it and some specialty stores and grocery stores that have an imported food section. The pandemic made it a bit scarce for a while.

Next time you have tea in late afternoon, ask for a caffeine-free tea. I have enjoyed chamomile tea and lavender tea and a decaf English Breakfast tea. Also, green tea is so low in caffeine, it is a great alternative for me.
