I am so very very sorry that this was unlike my normal content- as I mentioned in the video I was in a very large group of people and it was impossible to set up my camera and speak while I enjoyed this gorgeous tea. I will be back for a proper review- I filmed the the first most of it before we even began so I knew I’d have something to show. Honestly, I never go to try that lovely banana cake- it was a a delicious whirlwind. The Corinthia was a lovely experience, all but how strict they are with their time limits… There are so many different kinds of teas out there, I try to mix up different types so there is something for everyone. Welcome to Wanderland! You are going to have such a marvellous time in London! I already have a booking at Bridget's Bakery in Covent Garden for early July. I did read if you are going to have the vegetarian option make sure to let them know in advance. I did read that this option will have a slightly higher price point as well, I went for the traditional afternoon tea with the bottomless Rabbit Juice option - can't wait. Welcome back to Wanderland! Wow so many questions 😁 let’s see… I would imagine black truffles because they are probably more accessible at the places I’ve visited. I’ve never properly tasted white and black side by side- hopefully someday ( I’ll let you know when I do! ). I would imagine the more fancy the place the less filling in the sandwiches is due to not wanting the guest to make a faux pas and make a mess - I think the more casual a place has more filling - I still think about my lovely visit to The OXO Tower - excellent places and very generously filled sandwiches….perhaps more dainty - oh then there is the too much can be too much? Nah not for me😂Alrighty to wrap this up… scones…….. I’ve tried so many they kinda blur together… but I will tell you the ones at this tea The May Fair were quite exceptional! see you down the rabbit hole!
