Thank you for another great video, im still trying to get better at sourcing shoes that dont need much cleaning. I've come to realize that there are tons of shoes out there and definitely sourcing shoes that require little cleaning will help me save time. Current sales for February: 57 Pairs Sold $1270.49 in sales $759 Profit Current Overall Sales 130 shoes sold $2766.43 in overall sales $1688.87 overall profit My current marketplaces are Poshmark, Mercari and Facebook Marketplace. I have also started using the VA Service you recommended for sharing my closet on poshmark. Posting this to keep myself accountable. To anyone else reading this, their method works very well! Trying to push our limits everyday to get better. Thanks for all the great contend RNZY and a happy birthday to lindsay!!!
Wednesday Used to be my favorite day for thrift at Salvation Army. Now in Cleveland Salvation Army has changed to having 2 colors half off and 1 color 99 cents Everyday. Now I source almost Daily at the SA! Thanks for another great video, you two are appreciated💯
@@rnzynow i asked around and they said it was because sales were not good and they're trying to bring people back in. They claim its permanent so we'll see. BTW I Would love that! If you do ever come this way make sure to hit me up first so me and Wifey can take y'all to lunch or something fly like that. 💯
I’m a senior and I called savers today ! Tuesday seniors get 30% off woo hoo ! Unfortunately savers in ct are really spread out ? But theres a goodwill and Sal army close by ! Love these videos can’t get enough
Thank you! Love your videos I'm learning so much. In the last two weeks I've set up a posh account, got my first couple sales and have sourced over a hundred pair of killer shoes using exactly what you teach. I am also an eBay seller and have sold a handful of pairs on eBay over the last two weeks too. You guys are awesome!
Where WHere WHERE The HECK! Our Store is Tiny Tiny! Where do all of these Shoes Come From! And in SUCH GREAT condition! New England must have a heavy money roll over. "It's been a couple months! Time to get new shoes to donate in a couple months" Definitely lucky in that area *hard exhale* whoa
I'd love to see yall make a video going into more detail about how to connect and make relationships with store managers! Like how to approach them and start that conversation. Have yall ever encountered those managers that hate resellers?
Just found your channel. Loved the video. It may be too late but if it would be possible maybe next time you get some boots like the Harleys and the other ones that needed that Sweat Equity if the lovely lady who does that for you could do maybe just like a 3 to 5 minute video on how she cares for them to transform them would be most helpful! Looking to get into selling shoes and want to make sure I know the best way to do so! Love your channel! Going to binge watch your channel now!! 😂😂😂
Kim Goodman appreciate you tuning in! We will add it to the list 🤝 Until then there is tons of videos on UA-cam right now showing how to to do it...that’s how we learned : ) Sending you our best from Maine!
Hi can you give me some tiops on pricing strategy for poshmark and mercari....a video on that would be interesting...appreciate the content off to the Okie Goodwills. Thanks
Great job love what you guy do love videos.would like to see how you guys post your list on line and how you guys pick the shoes for the right store it would be great video for beginners.
Will add pinch test to my list, also if anyone looks at vans, make sure to check VAN logo on back heel sole. It can be flopping around. Guess you can glue though : )
Great advice. The stricter you source the higher the profit and the quicker the sell through rates. We don’t source pairs we have to glue pieces back on though...
Love the video and information! Although the video went downhill at the end having to watch the Packers run a touchdown on our Minnesota Vikings on your tv. 🤣
I’m sure you pass on nice sneakers at $3-6 without insoles or laces.if not, do you source insole or sell as is. As many runners pull out and put in their own preferred insert. Your thoughts
Tom Southerland we stick to sourcing shoes with their original insoles in good condition. Selling shoes without insoles drastically reduces the buying pool....although it is possible.
Thanks again for the very informative video. I would be very interested in how you guys do pricing in Poshmark and Mercari. A video regarding that would be very much appreciated. And also can you give me some leads on how to hire a VA for poshmark who can do closet sharing for our listing. Thanks again Rnzy and you guys are awesome. Keep up the good work and yes please continue with the series on blogging.
Loving the Vlogs! Keep it coming please! I have learned a lot from all of your videos. If you come across a pair, ASIC for example, that has cracks in the designs on the side will you still pick them up? Just to be clear I’m not talking about any rips or tears. Just small cracks in the design like the traditional design on the side of ASICS. Thanks!
Joy Lipscomb we’d have to physically see the shoes to answer that question. If you’re ever in doubt pass on it and source pairs you’re absolutely sure of.
Do you average out your buy cost just because it is easier to track when dealing with the numbers you are dealing with? Right now I am still tracking per pair of shoes but making sure my average cost is acceptable to me. Sold 3 pair of shoes yesterday all on eBay.
Its King Tigga we’ve heard about people using it but haven’t used it ourselves. We’ve been very efficient with our listing so haven’t needed to but if listing is a struggle it seems like it would be a great tool.
I've noticed you guys by a lot of brands that I typically pass up because the profit margins aren't great. Brands like Skechers and Saucony which aren't terribly expensive brand new. What's the thought process behind it other than small profits add up? Or is that basically it? I'm looking for shoes that I can flip for 50-100% profit margin. Maybe I'm shooting too high, but I also value the time I put in and $5-10 bucks a pair simply isn't worth it for me.
IvanGotYokes the absolute rock bottom we make on a pair we spent less than $10 on is $20 after all fees, shipping and taxes. We currently run at ~73% Profit Margin and are making a net profit between $450-$500 per day. We also don’t base our pricing on how much something retails for...we base it on the comps on the marketplaces we are using. Every marketplace has a different value for the same pair of shoes. As always there are so many ways to win with shoes. Do what works best for you, never assume, always check comps and make decisions based on your personal goals 🤙🤙 Always sending you our best.
@@rnzynow Right on. I just got to the part where you talk bout bright color Asics. The key is cutting the buy cost like you guys say. Really enjoying your content. Definitely have shifted my focus more towards shoes, mostly because I actually enjoy it. Also finding 9 pair of Tieks in one haul didn't hurt either.
Pinch test. Great tip. Since watching you guys I've passed on lots of shoes I would of just grabbed before. I really appreciate all the help!
Twistina Thriftina strict sourcing always leads to good thing 🤝🤝

We travel several hours to find good thrifts. Sometimes the best stuff isn’t local.
Nice.... building relationships with store managers is really a must.

Do you average out your buy cost just because it is easier to track when dealing with the numbers you are dealing with? Right now I am still tracking per pair of shoes but making sure my average cost is acceptable to me. Sold 3 pair of shoes yesterday all on eBay.
Phoenix Phlippers both ways work. Do what works best for you 🤝🤝
did you say "Sweat equity"? Did i hear correct?
Pantelis Christidis yes. You put your work (sweat) into cleaning polishing etc to get a bigger return on investment. Higher ROI.
How do sell them without it’s original box what do you ship them in ?
We ship all the shoes we source in free USPS boxes.
What do you use to get the price off the sole of shoe?
Foam shoe cleaner or a fine file or we use a marker and make it a spot rather than writing.
What are your opinions on Sellhound?
Its King Tigga we’ve heard about people using it but haven’t used it ourselves. We’ve been very efficient with our listing so haven’t needed to but if listing is a struggle it seems like it would be a great tool.
Do you use the labels provided by mercari or do you ship on your own?
Jamie Walters we use the labels provided by Mercari

How much do you for people to clean shoes? Hourly or per pair of shoes?
Any chance you were at the Topsham Goodwill yesterday? Would love to bounce things off you in a private message if possible.
Joe Cloutier yes we were! Send us a DM on Instagram @RNZYNOW or Facebook @RNZY
