This was very useful. I really appreciate the way you have given each question and how an interviewee can answer in a different way. Also, you include a sample answer which was really helpful.
I'm waiting for them to get back to me with the feedback, they have been busy, I'm hopeful though 🙏 Since I'm transitioning from instructional design to technical writing, the questions were based on my current position. For instance, they would ask about: 1. Microsoft Office (Word) 2. Team collaboration (software engineers, product owner etc.) 3. Authoring tools such as Captivate or Articulate or an LMS. 4. Quality assurance (flow and clarity) 5. Writing process (data collection, SMEs, document drafting, implementation and evaluation) 6. Behavioral questions e.g. How do you manage stress, how do you work with coworkers, how do you manage your time when faced with multiple projects etc. It was easy for me to prepare for this interview since I already have a technical and content writing background, I would advise others to download related questions and answers and watch relevant videos on technical writing.
