I disagree Jon jones resume is stained with peds, Jon has looked human many times and had close fights with guys like Reyes and Thiago who were no where near as experienced as jones and khabib has never been cut or dropped so yeah khabib beats jon in all departments. It wasn’t close fight with Dominic Reyes. Reyes clearly won the fight it’s ridiculous even suggest that it’s hard to see a clear winner. Reyes landed more strikes in every round. Even if we count 2 rounds (in which Jones got the take downs) for Jones. Reyes clearly won the rest of the rounds
It was a close fight. To say reyes or jones won is one thing, but to say the fight was a landslide either way is just stupid. It was a close fight that went Jon’s way, and had it gone reyes way it would have been the same

Each weight class has different speeds/fight styles. That way Conor is GOAT for what he did specifically at Featherweight and increasing promotion business for what it's meant to be.
mMA is definitely more technical than boxing in today's money making combat spots. However, it still has its rules and limitations. It's within those rules, that some fighters thought it apt to stick to styles that entertain the audience (Conor, Gaethje and so forth). Khabib had the most efficient one. And for that his dad needs to be praised more for it. He's an underrated pioneer who showcased it through his students.
I 100% agree with you about Khabib’s father, may God rest his soul, needing the recognition. He created the most talented martial arts pedigrees since the Gracies. The amount of Dagestanis or Dagestani-trained fighters that are speeding through multiple weight divisions and fighting companies (look at Usman Nurmagomedov’s dominant career in Bellator for example).

ask the most elite athletes in the world ( world tour cyclists) how they train ... 90% zone 2 training with 10% intensity. basically chill ( SUPER chill) cycling 5 out of 6 days of riding with ONE day of intensity . mitochondria strengthening goes much longer way thatn continuous strength training. Jones resume has to be compared to what his opponents ended up doing. Without a doubt, the biggest scalp he has is Daniel Cormier even though in the second fight he was on PEDs. Outside of DC, I think he lost in the Reyes fight, and Reyes has lost two fights since then. The Santos fight was close but I think Jones had it, but again Santos has lost 11 times. Gustaffson has lost 8 times. Anthony Smith has lost 17 times. St Preux has lost 16 times. Texeira has lost 8 times. Chael Sonned 17 losses. Belfort 14 losses. Quintin Jackson 14 losses. Machida 12 losses. Shogun 13 losses. The point being that the resume he fought, bar one or two people, was not elite.
It's still more impressive than Khabibs resume because you couldn't write an entire near 20 line paragraph on khabibs wins hahaha
