I’ve been using bare minerals for almost 10+ years so that’s why I’m telling you that you need to buff it in circular motion. Don’t stiple it. You’ll get amazing result if you big jt Jan.
Hey Rupal, thanks for the info! The way I do it works for my skin type and issues, circular motions with a big brush doesn't work with my skin texture - for this product.
Rupal Stader-Shaw I absolutely agree with you on this . Buffing is the key to this foundation because the formula is made to melt in your skin with buffing motion. 👍🏻

I've been using bareminerals for years but not the most affordable considering it's only 8g.
I am also of your colouring but use a much darker shade as my disgusting acne scars are very dark.
I should never trust makeup counter ladies as they literally convinced me to buy shades that are suited to african carribean ladies even though i'm Indian and I've now established I'm around the shade golden medium to golden tan but golden tan looks pink and ashy but the golden medium looks like I have jaundice. Argh.
Your statement perplexed me a bit. You are Indian and presumably have been to India and you don't recognize that the spectrum of colors for Indian people (perhaps even those in your own family) ranges from lighter than the poster's color to very deep, even deeper than what bareMinerals offers? Conversely if you have seen Afro Caribbean ladies, then you will also know that their complexions cover an equally broad spectrum.
In any case when it comes to color matching, I recommend doing research on the color offerings beforehand, bringing a small hand mirror, applying the 2 or 3 closest shades inside the store, and then going outside in the sun light in order to pick the best match. Department store / makeup stores have lighting that will have you believing the wrong color is a match.
@@Nicky411 She sounds more upset that the makeup lady compared her skin colour to that of people African descent, if the lady had given her porcelain or ivory she would have worn it proudly looking as ashy as a ghost. These people tell on themselves, no wonder fairness creams sells more than bread in India.
It's best to buff with this to give an even distribution and more coverage x
