This is a friendly reminder to please not get aggressive or threaten these farmers in any way. That never helps and only makes vegans look like they don't care about human life. Thank you.
Yes! Many, if not most, of these dairy farmers have had these operations in the family for generations, it’s all they know, it’s a matter of family pride. I live in central Pennsylvania and see lots of signs to “drink milk! Support local dairy farms!” I’ll happily support them in finding another type of farming activity.
Thank you very much for this video. Factory farming makes we wonder if all products from the animals are also infused with stress hormones. Never a good thing surely. Keep up the good work Mic.
As a nursing mom right now this hits home. Being able to feed your baby is the most beautiful thing in the world. This feels so clinical and cold. The thought of someone taking my baby so they can have a milkshake is DISGUSTING!
I worked on a family-friend's dairy farm in Australia for a couple of months, and when comparing it to all other examples I've seen I think it was relatively cheerful... but even before I learned about veganism I thought it was somewhat rougher than it needed to be. I was the only person working there who actually spent spare time hanging out with the cows while they were out at pasture. The farmer once spotted me talking to them, and while he had enough heart not to berate me, he explained to me that the problem is if you get too close to them it's hard to get any work done - because herding them into the dairy is troublesome if they find you non-threatening.
Taking dairy out of my diet has had the single largest effect on reversing my arthritis and improving my general health. WFPB vegan all the way baby! Thanks Mic for inspiring me to go vegan. 🙏🏼🌱
Zack Ramey Oddly enough, the first thing I tried was relying very heavily on animal products. It was made very clear that the higher my animal product consumption, the higher my inflammation. Add to that, the body of scientific literature on animal product consumption (specifically dairy) and its role in the expression of arthritic symptoms is quite well understood. Also the fact that there is no cohesive science showing plant based diets negatively affect joint health leads me to believe otherwise. I do respect your opinion, but I will take my chances relying on the majority of evidence available. I am happy to change my mind if and when the majority of evidence shifts. Until then, I hope we can agree to disagree. Have a blessed day my friend! 😊
Zack Ramey I want to believe you my friend, but I will change my mind when I see the evidence. Right now, it seems to be the opposite. I’m not here to force you into my view, I’m just here to try to understand this thing we call life and share what I learn with others. Disagreement is bound to come up, but I think not productive to not continue bickering back and forth at one another. Peace and love to you my friend. I wish you the best 🙂
I've posted this before, but the beginning of my veganism occurred one day when I made my usual 20 + mile drive to a regional small family dairy farm to buy my weekly dairy, not realizing it was calving time. The din of the cows screaming for their calves from the barns was deafening. I didn't realize what it meant, at first, until I stepped up to the counter, and I asked the wincing farm wife what that sound was. When she told me, I suddenly remembered the local cow whose milk we purchased when I was a toddler, and how confused and suspicious I was when told the baby cow, who had suddenly disappeared, was in the toolshed. Remembering this, I put my dairy back in the cooler of the dairy farm and left. I purchased dairy from another, more "humane" farm for a week after that, until I realized their procedures were probably lies--that it was all lies--and stopped. Forever. TFP this, Mic.
As far as the milking cows go, people tend to lose insight just how much work goes into running a milk cow farm goes. People figure the milk magically appears on the store shelf. I myself worked on milking cows when I was younger and I'd have to say, the best milk was the milk that came directly from the cow. Never got sick.
Does anyone else find someone calling animals “things” or “it” really off-putting? Not even in this context specifically, just in general. Like the other day this girl was playing with a friendly cat and her mom told her to “just leave it alone” or how people call their dogs “it”. Maybe its my crippling cholesterol deficiency, but hearing that immediately makes me think differently of a person.
Sometimes it just slips out particularly if you don't know the gender. It also happens with unborn babies. We sometimes refer to them as it. Just a limitation and unthinking use of language. It can be used affectionately and completely innocently. In certain context the way the farmer referred to them it has a darker undertone.
Ethical rEVOLution Oh yeah, that I completely understand. I guess I forgot to specify the way it’s said plays a big part as well. Like when she said “leave it alone” she had a bit of sneer to it; same with those who have dogs, the ones that bother me use “it” as a stand in for their name. This guy just clearly sees these cows as objects.
Ethical rEVOLution -- except that dairy cows are always female, hence "she" not "it." There couldn't have been any confusion in his mind. There aren't any bulls at a dairy, the factory farmers buy the semen and use artificial insemination. Just lady cows there. His "it" was clear emotional distancing.
@@broddr Of course I'm not talking about the farmer in the video, and I think that is pretty clear. And he called them "things". I can think of people calling animals sweet little things in an affectionate way.

I just got into it on facebook with a woman who supports the slaughter of wild horses to make more room for cattle. 44,000 wild horses were supposed to be slaughtered and her justification was that they destroy the environment. Any truth to this, probably not but perhaps consider doing a video on wild horses, the slaughter of them, and their impact on the environment.
One thing I remember is that the horses tear down fencing around water holes. Ranchers fence off holes or really wells, to get cattle to move on, because they linger at one place. Horses are continually moving, not tearing up the environment, and not drinking a single source dry. Horses likely do damage but I'd wager that the damage by cattle and sheep is far more grave, as there is also the side damage of the killing of predators and others like prairie dogs (known as varmints, they cause leg breakage because of their burrows; that is justification for eradication), and of course the horses.
I had been against horses as a foreign invasive species, until I learned that, ironically, horses were in North America right up until the first people here killed them off for food. The second thing changing my mind is that genetic analysis shows the ones running wild here today are practically genetically identical to the ones humans drove to extinction, so this is basically a successful reintroduction of a native species to original habitat. Now if only they would eat those gods damned foreign invasive Russian tumbleweeds and tamarisks, among a few others. Those plants are quietly destroying entire regional ecosystems, and people just don't realise it, because it's not being highlighted in schools, nor mentioned on the news.
Righto, "we gotta kill 44,000 horses because they destroy the environment so to help stop this we are going to bring in loggers and bulldozers to clear land and destroy the environment" _MaKeS sEnSe tO mE_
You missed carnivore the argument the “you need animals to fertilise crops” dairy farmer goes and uses synthetic fertiliser 🙄 Actually thinking about it all the arable Farmers I know were all using synthetic fertiliser I remember having a conversation about organic farming and he was not impressed with the numbers because yields matter in farming you only get paid for what you produce. Also using manure has issues the farmers would have the local council on their backs about the smell people do complain and it can be really bad sometimes. 🤔
During the summer the cows are in the pasture 90% of the time hence the fertilizer, they spread manure during the winter because the cows are inside we’re it is warm and they need to do something with the manure.
There's other ways for people to make money for their families. They could produce vegan plant based milk. It's not justified in modern times and anyone producing 🐄 milk and 🐐 milk is outdated. A new study in the UK has come out that shows consumer's have lost the connection to what they eat because many consumers think 🐐 milk is vegan and the same with eggs.
Even the "best" of the dairy industry is still so evil and depressing. Imagine living your life in a cold dark pen being repeatedly forced to go through pregnancy and milked until you eventually sent to a horrific slaughter. Heart wrenching 💔
Moobeams and then having your baby taken away There’s a documentary where this man says those cow mothers screams last for days and weeks and they’re so distressed about losing their babies that he found it traumatic
The massive storage is called silage (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silage), they ferment different types of animal feed. For eksempel in Denmark they would cut premature corn (because most places in Denmark you can't grow corn until it's ripe), then run the product over with a loader to press out any air, so it will ferment well. Then cover it up so no air will go in, so yeah, protection from the weather. ;-)
Regarding the chart at 5:42, "Water Use of California Crops," you mentioned that the 2nd biggest water user in California is forage. It should be mentioned that the biggest water user, alfalfa, is nearly all grown to feed livestock --with 75-80% going to dairy.
I worked on a high-volume egg production “farm” when I was in high school back in the 1970s, and the treatment of the chickens over 40 years ago was no less heinous than this.
Back in the day i worked on a dairy farm ,back then cows were out in pastures all day here in the UK , but apart from that its how it was done in the video , back then i didn't know better , now i find it is horrifyingly cruel , now i'm Vegan , not had anything with cows Brest milk in it for many years , if you purchase a biscuit with or what ever with a milk product thats what your supporting its that simple . @@danijelajurcic2980 cows eat corn and pasture/hay not soy, soy is for omnivore livestock poultry and swine not point to feed them protein they are ruminants, you do not nothing about agriculture.
@@danijelajurcic2980 I'm not triggered at all. So many vegans use that argument and not as a joke. They pretend that everyone who eats meat eats grain fed factory farmed meat. I was vegan but I've realized killing one cow is more ethical than replacing beef with soy and killing millions of small animals.
@@danijelajurcic2980 Well killing one cow is more ethical than me being vegan and eating tofu and other legumes which kill much more animals in the process. Do you think plant farmers don't also kill wild animals to protect their crops? If I can't grow my own garden, then sourcing local pasture raised beef is more ethical. More ethical than what most vegans eat nowadays.
@James Parker Well it's more complicated than that. It's not because there are no animals in your plate that no animals have died to produce your food. And in the case of for example pasture raised beef, if you make sure the farmer doesn't use pesticides, one cow is killed. Whereas if you eat tofu or other soy products, or grains, a lot of animals (rodents, insects, birds, rabbits, reptiles etc) are killed even if they're organic, because of the way they're cultivated and harvested. So you have to take a step back and look at the big picture. Of course if you have to choose between tofu and factory farmed meat, tofu is more ethical.
5:32- It’s silage and by the way they don’t just live on concrete they grow up in big pens well bedded and the cows have sawdust to lay on and the sawdust is bedded on top of water beds so I can imagine it is super comfortable
I have worked with people on a dairy farm. They impregnate the cows after theyre 2 and every year after that so they constantly have cattle that produce milk. They sell the steers if they dont need them. they dont always artifically inseminate theyre heifers, but if they have to they will. He spreads wood shredding so they cows have bedding and they also spread hay/straw so the cows can stay dry and clean. They do it multiple times so bacteria doesnt build up. And they leave the calf away from the other cattle who arent their mother becuase they could step on them or you dont want the calf the drink the other cows milk. They bottle feed the calf the mothers milk 1-2 bottles every morning and before sunset. They also eat hay. The cows eat corn silage which they harvest themselves, my dad helps them when they do that. I hope you learned a thing or two
Not trying to start any problems, but coming from farm land these cows are very healthy and very well taken care of. He was drinking raw milk in the video but being a dairy man he was raised on drinking raw milk its when you drink it when your older and your bodys not used to it
The really sad thing is from that video those that still drink milk and believe cows are made for humans will go away thinking "see look it's so clean, he wiped down the udders and swept the floor and the cows aren't mistreated, everything is great" their views totally solidified even more even though all of us vegans are thinking the total opposite but they won't believe us or care because they've seen this happy smiling dairy Farmer. There's at least 23,000 people who are totally into what he does and another 300 and some thousand watching him go about his day exploiting animals most of them probably with zero issues as they enjoy their milk, cheese, butter etc. We need to make people see the animals as more than machines!!
I have seen this video of the dairy farm before and let me tell you... even the "best" conditions are still depressing. Because these cows should be with their little calves and be together without exploitation.
@@FastdounutTV we keep the calf and the cow sepreat for 3 reasons. 1 so we can know if the calf gets enough milk because some cows don't let the calf drink al the Time. 2 cows have got a lott of illnesses what they are immune to. @@wouteruilenreef8655 I find it hard to believe that a mother cow wouldn't know how much milk to give to a baby though. Also, it makes sense she would be protective over her baby. Any mother would. What farmers do isn't natural by taking baby's away from mothers. Former farmers that are now vegan have admitted this. Also, the artificial insemination is total violation of the female reproductive system. Absolutely no justification there.
He may have been wrong there, but that does not make the process morally sound. I'm sure it was an honest mistake since he is reacting to the video as it goes. It may be his first time seeing it so he could not have seen that coming. Shrug.
@@localvoidlander8093 That's a fair point, though being a dairy farmer myself it's incredibly frustrating when I see this level of misinformation being spread in an effort to dismantle the animal agriculture industry. This farm milks 180, which is small by today's standards. It looked like a dungeon because it was 5:30 in the morning and still dark outside. It's painful to watch your lack of knowledge about farming. Since you're against it so much, maybe you should learn about it beyond the vegan talking points so that you can at least talk intelligently against it.
hossblake I really couldn’t agree more with you. Listening to this twat talk about farming was the most painful thing I’ve ever listen to. He Literally knows nothing about farming. Also not even close to a factory farm. People like him and 99 percent of the people commenting is why I have very little respect for people who are against dairy farming. You can’t even argue with them because they don’t have the proper knowledge to really put up a solid argument.
Ok, those cows don’t actually mind it, and yes it is kind of inconvenient for the space but it’s completely normal, they get put in the pen to make sure their health is 100%, each year they get put out to pasture, and I know this because I’m a dairy farmer
Yah Noah King cows 99% don’t care about separation. Beef farms were cows are on thousands of acres if they don’t find the calf in time the cow will leave it and it won’t be able to get milk and will die. Everything that this vegan twat said was very inaccurate. Don’t listen to a thing he said. Go to a dairy and do some more research.

I like that you talk about what these farmers could grow in the future. Some speeches I've heard don't take that into account and only glorify abandoned factories without realizing the economic depression felt in the nearby towns.
The cows are actually very content in the barns. Can having a calf and then being seperated make her beller for a couple hours, yes. But they eventually get over it. Plus dairy cows are not good mothers. Some don't even acknowledge the calf once she has calved.
Just wanna say most of u never farmed in ur life and wouldn’t know anything about it the corn that they harvest is a special corn for silage and feeding purposes and isn’t used for any type of food for humans and if you watch his videos everyone he posts you would know there’s not a stack of dead cows behind the “special needs pen” that’s just where they put the cows when they have a sore foot or arnt feeling well so they can get more attention to make sure they are ok so you should actually know what your talking about befor you hate on dairy farmers
1:43 the farm is inspected by authorities and they measure the width of stool and if its not wide enough its not allowed the cow would not be laying down and barely wanting to get up if the cow didnt like it
I’ve grown up with cattle all my life and these cattle are treated very well. During this video the cows hardly moo. This means that the cattle are very comfortable. They get fed daily and are treated very well. In my opinion I don’t see anything wrong with this video. I’ll probably will get a lot of hate but that is what I believe. i was raised on a dairy farm, but we had an acre per cow - it appears they're keeping the cows in pens - and look at all the grains it costs to feed the cows - they need to calculate if it would be cheaper to just grow food for people instead of for the cows to milk and eat ...

Beginning of video 0:07 the cow on the right has a messed up hip. Look at her topline above her tail. Also, note the baby calves are in pens *by themselves*. Cattle are herd animals and need to be together, especially babies.
You realize that calves are super susceptible to disease and infection in their first few weeks right? That's why they're kept separately you uninformed lunatic.
@@litehold1144 And once again I'll reiterate that one of the reasons they separate the calves from their mothers is because the calves are super susceptible to disease and infection for the first few weeks after they're born, and the mothers are prone to contracting and then spreading disease and infection for the first few weeks after they have their calf. Even more importantly, another big reason they keep them separate is because the mothers can heavily injure and kill their calves by stepping on them or kicking them when they're milking etc., but cows can accidentally kill their newborn calves in many other ways when they stay together from birth. These farmers are people too, there's always a reason for the things they do, farming is their job, and I'm sure if you talked to one of these farmers you'd understand that they aren't doing these things willy nilly. Dairy farmers(such as the one in this video) want what's best for the animals they're raising, and they definitely want them to be happy because the animals happiness determines whether or not they have a business in the first place.
When I was an omnivore I had *horrible cystic acne* all over my chin and cheeks. When I went vegetarian I only had *cystic acne on me chin.* 1 month after going vegan(junkie) *I had no acne.*
This really is f'd up. Seriously, a baby calf that doesn't know anything, not happiness. They just get used to their normal which just happens to be being inside a factory farm.
@Citizenthirteen Are cows self aware? Show me the science for that and I'll change my tune. But as far as i know cows fail the mirror test. Sure they have basic emotions, but that's not enough for my sympathy.
Yes sometimes this is true I do feel for the calves and the mothers when they are separated. But I will tell you that this is something that will help the calf. When the calf stays with it's mother it is vulnerable to diseaseas in which it's immune system cannot fight against. Their is also a chance that the mother could step or a lay on her calf which could be deadly. When the calves are taken away they are put in a safe environment and are fed daily. Yes the process is tough for the calf and mother but this is something that benefits the little one. Please keep this in mind. 3rd gen dairy Farmer 👍
@@cooperhayes8067 y’all kill the male calves, though. Oh, and the reason the mother might end up accidentally stepping or laying on a calf or accidentally give them a disease is because of the tiny prison cells y’all keep them in. Have you ever thought about that?

I raised goats as a kid, pretty humanely. We milked those that needed to be milked because they lost a kid or produced too much milk and were weighed down. Anyway, I was shocked to learn that most milking isn’t done by hand. My grandma used a human breast pump because they were miniature goats with small utters, but it was still surprising. Yesterday at my son's elementary school they had a mobile "dairy" showing the kids how milk is produced... like the video from the dairy farmer - no mention of the negatives. Unpasturized milk usually travels before drinking, so I imagine some of the pathogens would build up with time. Drinking directly from the cow probably carries less risk. But it would be interesting to know how many pathogens that are bad for humans exist in milk drunk directly from the cow. Like bovine leukemia virus, for instance.

It's a small family farm so it's not as bad a a factory farm but they are in Canada so while in the summer the cows go outside daily for most of the day in the winter they stay in those stalls shown that they cant turn around in all day and night. Also the grain mixture they feed the cows my uncle told me contains cow brains.
I am appalled by all the positive comments under the original videos. Like: There is not one single person with a critical thought in their milk-drinking minds.
@@FastdounutTV because we own them and use them for food. Nothing wrong with it at all. Is it right for a lion to tear up a calf and start eating it infront of its mother? The real world isn't all fair and right cupcake so get used to it.

Support local dairy farms!”

True. But I follow the rule to treat others the way I want to be treated. That includes animals 😉👍🏻
@Zack Ramey please provide links to all studies I would like to read them
Took out dairy from my diet, cystic acne gone.

SHUT UPPPPPPPPP
Forever. TFP this, Mic.
need a tissue for Your issue?

Any truth to this, probably not but perhaps consider doing a video on wild horses, the slaughter of them, and their impact on the environment.
lol yeah, what do you think..
You know who destroys the most and it's not even close.
Cattle farmers also lobby against reintroduction of wolves and buffalo. Their idea of a healthy environment is one curated for their profit
Righto, "we gotta kill 44,000 horses because they destroy the environment so to help stop this we are going to bring in loggers and bulldozers to clear land and destroy the environment"

Actually thinking about it all the arable Farmers I know were all using synthetic fertiliser I remember having a conversation about organic farming and he was not impressed with the numbers because yields matter in farming you only get paid for what you produce. Also using manure has issues the farmers would have the local council on their backs about the smell people do complain and it can be really bad sometimes. 🤔
That's a really good point.
Organic tho.
@Zack Ramey you have no clue how much energy is needed to produce synthethic fertillizer ;(
If you watched he’s other videos he uses cow manure most of the time to fertilize
During the summer the cows are in the pasture 90% of the time hence the fertilizer, they spread manure during the winter because the cows are inside we’re it is warm and they need to do something with the manure.
How can anyone still defend this deeply immoral industry is beyond me. Thank you Mic for exposing these disgusting practices.
I completely agree!!
The argument is "to make money" to "feed my family".
Blaming a family for having a dairy farm is not the reason why people drink milk. The reason the dairy industry exists is cognitive dissonance

Seriously, a baby calf that doesn't know anything, not happiness. They just get used to their normal which just happens to be being inside a factory farm.
Hemp! Absolutely, that stuff builds homes, clothes, great to eat. Although wonder what the timing is on these things.

They aren’t living on “ metal and concrete “ they are just walking on it to get milked and to get from place to place. They have their own stall with bedding that cushions the cows and makes them comfortable
Tommy Faber That’s right, and half of them have water beds.
What I need to be dairy free. Vegan cookies, vegan chocolate, vegan cream cheese, and plant based milks. It isn't that hard these days in Europe or North America.
The cold light of a day narrated about a practice with demise written all over it, what else to say. P.S. my gran was a dairy farmer's daughter when they milked the old fashioned way in a world with a third of todays population.
They needed to be milked for their safety and health, but I cared about my animals, and they went through so much stress... I can’t imagine doing that on a large scale. Do your cows not scream when separated from their young for less than five minutes?

Raw milk from grass fed cows is a superfood
@Aus Goldman and u base that on what?
I grew up on a farm in Poland
Everyone drank milk from cows their whole life and these people were healthy and fit. Not like these fat ass Americans here
Firstly I want to say I appreciate your view how you are understanding of not knowing everything that was shown. 1:41 those are there sand beds. Iodine is used to clean. Most dairy cows are kept inside. He referred to them as heifers. It is a mix of silage and hailage. Is storage of silage in a bunker silo. Row crop farming. 4 acres is not a large field. Concrete greats for they are not in feed of compacted manure. Dairy mothers are not good mothers to there calves therefore the calf is removed after the calf gets the colostrum. Is not a factory farm is a family farm. It is where the cows stay during there milking duration them they are moved to another barn. Some dairy mothers don't care that there calf is removed. To sum everything up you expressed your views in a well-mannered fashion. If I have missed anything feel free to mention.
The AV mask in the back! Joining the Cube, Mic? That's great :)
This guy is most certainly not a bad person but he grew up in this business with normalized violence and exploitation so he's not questioning his job
OMG. Somebody drank fresh milk! Call the law!
Thank you
The cows are inactive field initially, then move inside when they are first impregnated. Then they are fed the mash you see.

Yesterday at my son's elementary school they had a mobile "dairy" showing the kids how milk is produced... like the video from the dairy farmer - no mention of the negatives. The kids loved the cows but didn't learn about the real life of a dairy cow.... Just another way that the dairy industry is able to 'educate' kids on their product. Too bad there isn't a mobile greenhouse that can show the kids about all the great plants there are to eat instead.....but of course if there was a mobile greenhouse people would complain it was pushing the 'vegan agenda' but no one has a problem with the dairy industry educating our kids....
I lived near a small dairy, never saw cows outside, they dumped the poop in cement troff like one showed then pumped it thru big sprinklers on fields.

So dairy is fortified with iodine and vitamin D. Almost all b12 is fed to livestock. What other animal products have stuff added to them? But it's the vegan diet that "requires" supplements, right... It's interesting, isn't it?
Yeah as you said it's all the good clean stuff not the reality of Dairy which is a circle of abuse from Birth to Death after a relatively short life in many cases for male Calves days to months only
All the "good"clean stuff still looks terrible. Like a dungeon, indeed.
It doesn’t have any risk, I drink it on our dairy farm
This is not a factor farm this is a simple family farm just hard working people try to make a living and most calves get to see there mothers again and while you are focused on animals abuse you do even know that humans have treated each other worst than the cows on the farm
I’m nervous to watch this. Even when the farmers try to paint a pretty picture and leave certain things out, it’s still brutally horrific and so sad to me.
Why in the f*ck are people so proud of this disgusting industry?

14:04 To see how the babies are treated breaks my heart. I knew this from a very young age. Though not with calfs, but as a kid watching babe, it made me hate the dystopia that are farms.
Farming is the backbone of this country. Farmers spend every day working on the farm. Only a small percentage of farming is "Driving tractors". They spend a lot of time doing manual labor such as baling small square bales, getting up early every morning and miking cows, they have to fix the machinery to keep it running so they can use it. So what i am trying to say is that i am totally against this.
nathan, I agree with that all these people are so against farming then were will they get their food?
@@EvanDUA-camChannel - you think people are against farming? They're against eating animals and abusing animals, which is what happens in the dairy, meat and egg industry. No-one is against farming! Because exactly as you point out, that's where our fruit and veg etc come from.
@@mushypeasplease8872 Okay, let me clear up, beef is very damn effective, it's a backbone in state economies in the us and provides 500 million people jobs all around the world.
And there is no alternative to that, as most of the land is completely inarable for making crops/grains, they basically cannot farm it without chemical fertilizer that damages the environment.
Along with the fact farmers actually treat their animals well, in my families pig farm we let them walk around in the ranch and put a fence so they don't run into the forest, feeding them energy rich food which is 86% inedible to us along with water and that's just about it until they get sent to the slaughter house and a lot of it is the same with the other pig farms or cattle farms I visit, we just sit down and just waiting till they grow enough, we let them breed via a male pig we borrow from another farmer and then, just leave them alone and feed them.
But, then again, farms are not exactly the same so, a lot could be entirely different.
@@mushypeasplease8872 you do bring up a good point, but in no way do I think that Eric Weaver and his family abuse their animals, and if you think that, GREAT by all means prove me wrong. if you want every piece of livestock to have the perfect life, it doesn't work like that. there is no way that we could feed the whole word on plants. now I know its hard for you liberals to fathom, BUT you HAVE to kill animals to eat your chicken nuggets. I feel bad you vegans you're really missing out.
And also when's the last time you killed a fly, does that not apply to killing living creatures? Just something to think about.

My uncle/cousin have a dairy farm.
