Where I live in Australia, there was a mining town called Wittenoom established in the 1940s-50s. Unlike other mines, it mined blue asbestos, the worse variant due to being more fine than other asbestos variants. As a result of direct exposure, upwards of 3,000 or so miners, residents, and others died due to lung cancer over the years. The mine was shut down in 1966 due to 'unprofitability', and overtime residents slowly began to leave the town. As of 2007, it was de-listed as a town, removed from maps and road-signs, and as of 2022 there are no remaining residents. Perhaps some elements of this story can be used in your town as inspiration.
i dont usually watch entire episodes on cities skylines series-i normally skip to the end (i know, shameful). but this one, i am binge watching this rn like how i do with altengrad. i cant wait to see the outcome of this and the lore and ideas seem really cool so far
I’m somewhat like you. I completely skipped the first 20 or so episodes of Altengrad. To be fair, Akruas was only building and setting the foundations for the series and I just wanted to get to the history.
At the center of the city there is a large office building were the shady company in control of the nuclear power plant, D co, decides corporate with the government to call in the military to make one last stand against the undead forces. It would give the city another Iconic landmark and could help with story telling. Or D co could have a large high security laboratory outside the city where the zombie virus started.
Maybe u should do a high security containment convoy that was supposed to go to some lab outside the city but it crashed leading to mutant roaming the areas
Back at the overpass, maybe include some vehicles/trucks that have fallen over the side of the overpass onto the motorway. Like maybe a truck carrying dangerous cargo or supplies where the vehicle itself is on the road below and the trailer is either leaning over the edge or has partially fallen with it. I feel that may add more mystery or sense of danger to what this truck driver was driving from for him to crash.
Really glad you used the green water because when I made that pack I almost cut it out 😂 As a fan of post apocalypse thematic I'm waiting to see what comes next!... Perhaps the townspeople were taken to a local stadium right after the disaster, where they were assisted by security forces and paramedics while preparations were made for evacuation, but everything went wrong. 😮
You could even Say the green pools are that way because they are filled with algae, maybe a new kind that is extremly resiliant to radiaion de to a mutation
Maybe a bus driver contracted the virus and turned into a zombie behind the wheel, causing his bus to smash through some railings and hang off the edge of a cliff, Italian Job style.
You should look at some real world train accidents, usually the cars kinda accordion if you will, which would make your rail collision a little more accurate, other than that, great series
So I have a bit of a suggestion as to the lore for the water / power plant. 1. Perhaps the power plant was already lacking on safety standards (like Chernobyl) and was behind on repairs due to corruption in the leadership structure, leading to further complications, as nuclear power is still much safer than most people think IRL. 2. Perhaps the green water color is due to a mutated algae that thrives on radiation. Edit: Also, I love the video style, you've earned a subscriber. Adding to the idea of the plane crash isntead of taking down only the service tower it took down 2 towers, first an electrical tower which it cut right trough and clean, and secondly the cellphone tower which it didn't cut trough, it got stuck there, burning dangerously hanging from above, an accident waiting to happen, yet it's still there, burning. Also great series and the most original idea i've seen in a while 🎉
You should build an abandoned industrial port! Maybe the city’s main export was gas or oil and they used a navigable river to export it to other cities!
@Hungrydinoinyigo no I was thinking more a line of planes in a queue down the runway like world war z not necessarily waiting for permission to takeoff but kind of taking there own initiative
Maybe a water treatment plant, lore: The water in this treatment plant had been poorly maintained, yet it still provided drinkable water, however, the nuclear disaster caused the water to become contaminated, and the employees got sick, and turned into zombies due to the toxic nature of the water. After not being contained for a long time, the water turned green and disgusting, many trees, and power lines, had fallen into this water treatment plants reservoir. This water was no longer safe to drink, making people extremely sick, or even turning them into zombies.
A harbour would be cool, if possible. Ships would have been prevented leaving port, as there was a fear that the cargo may be contaminated by radiation, or due to many corrupt port officials letting refugees onto boats, who ended up being infected. Due to the boats being trapped, the boats may have rotted and sank, or out of desperation, may have tried to flee, but due to there being no power grid to keep lighthouses running at night, many fleeing boats had run ashore or crashed. The harbour now lies abandoned, or with sections taken over by bandits/civilians due to large open warehouses and abundance off manufacturing supplies in crates. A possible container wall could be built around one warehouse, that was fortified. A lack of emergency vehicles could show how the harbour was left to its own devices, as the police tried to keep the control on the highways and other important areas, while the military patrolled the harbour in an attempt to blockade the city
A really cool build could be a Walmart type mega store, you know tons of people would have gone to get supplies, same with hospitals, would have been overrun with injured or sick
Hello , I have a suggestion for you : You can actually build a cyberpunk themed city area near the edge of your city where few people still live ( It can also be a last-stand base for the citizens ) . Around the city will be a wall with defences to stop anyone from entering , but there will be a gate which will be heavily guarded . ( You can go see Blackfox ( Now named ChoiGuard ) and Akruas’s videos to be inspired ) Inside the city , there could be a lot of futuristic technology ( e.x. Holograms ) and buildings , but we can also see some ruins that haven’t been rebuild yet . Note : Take this suggestion in consideration if your city is set around the year 2050 or later on , it is because it won’t make sense if you make this when your city is set around 2024 . Please reply after you read this as I worked hard on this please !
I think in the next video you should build some sort of military/National Guard outpost or checkpoint. To show the military is taking action to try and contain the disaster a few day after it started. (I know there isn't any military stuff in Cities Skylines 2 but try your best.)
Since you’re inspiring it off of Chernobyl, maybe you should add a giant thing of buses in a line in( of course crashed or out of commission) your future city (if you build one not just a small town) like the Prypiat evacuation while everyone else that didn’t get the message is already crashed on the highway
I probably think that for the next episode you can build an abandoned urban center with run-down shops and restaurants and a park where all the trees died, and the lake is polluted, and also a survivor's camp near the urban center (where the buildings are well maintained, and a few farms with a steady supply of food, and a clean lake for water) I think this would look great in the city!
Don’t forget about the irk city building tequniques! Use landmarks(such as this pileup) to connect to others across less-detailed zones and make a web of detail! It also helps with burnout.
i noticed you had some old tombstone props, which got me thinking about having a (now abandoned and ruined) cemetary somewhere nearby the nuclear plant, maybe because of the explosion and release of radiation the ground at the cemetary recieved such a high dose of radiation that it caused the people buried there to turn into stronger and more mutated zombies? it might be an interesting concept to explore
Idea for Fire Figthers at PowerPlant: When they arrived they tried thier best to stop the fire in the reactor, after 4 hours the reactor exploded and only a few men survived the surviving men were evecuated from the military and fled into another city after 3 years 80% of the surviving fire figthers died because of cancer. (I´m a real fire figther in austria and hope that something like this doesn´t happen irl) Guten Tag
Not sure if you’ve seen HBO’s Chernobyl, but in the show, those firefighters who went to put out the fire died way faster than you’d expect. I’m not sure if it’s exactly like that in real life, but if you're a firefighter, be extra careful with fires that have unknown causes!
The hospital was rushed with hundreds, maybe even thousands of people when the outbreak first started, most patients showing signs ln infection. The workers tried to keep most people out so the infection wouldn’t spread inside but that just made it worse. While some infected made it in the the hospital the nuclear power plant exploded causing a small fire in the hospital since it was near the plant. Then all of the infected outside broke in leaving the doctors and others trapped on the hospital, a military helicopter flying nearby was plummeting through the sky because the pilot was infected, it then crashed into the hospital leaving it in ruins.
A quarantine facility or military evacuation zone would be cool, it would make more sense for the infection to have gotten further and further out of control gradually over time as apposed to suddenly, and eventually the outbreak just reached its peak and the emergency services couldnt contain it. For the military evac zone something like a port with military presence or even a ferry dock would make sense.
My opinion: Zombie apocalypse that started by a nuclear meltdown: ehh ok?. Government trying to cover up the meltdown incident as a terrorist attack: that's more like it.
You can build a shopping mall near the downtown area. When people realized something bad happened, they all came to the mall to get supplies. Everyone started panicking because of all the chaos and an explosion happened due to a fire from the kitchen of a restaurant in the side of the mall. Most of the cars are still in the parking lot because of all the traffic. It now sits abandoned and plant-overgrown.
i find it so awful zombies are not being done, had lots of hopes for this but people saying ''zombies are boring/overdone!!" ruined it (even though it isnt overdone at all in city skylines, its why i had high hopes for this series from a small channel), How the hell is the destruction/aftermath of a zombie outbreak more boring than a nuclear disaster where everyone can literally just leave like they did with Chernobyl and fukushima, you dont see any left behind cars there on the road from a traffic jam because everyone left with ease, no chaos at all, chernobyl right now as result is just a abandoned city thats entirely overgrown with trees, entirely empty, there is not much to see there but the square, ferris wheel and the plant itself. i mean with zombies you could've had survivor settlements, signs of struggle/looting, the traffic jams and the collisions on the highway as result of chaos would actually make sense as obviously everyone would be panicking to get away from flesh eating undead running after everyone, and best of all nobody has done zombies on this scale of detail before, thats why i had so much hope for this series because its the only one i could find that was actually planning to make a apocalyptic city, and not just a small area that looked apocalyptic for screenshots.
A broken down bridge with cars that fell down into a river, canyon or something like that would be very hard to do I guess but so cool so why not try it ?
Great build! I think something interesting you could build is various small hideouts or "safer areas" around the city where people who haven't managed to escape but still survived have taken refuge - possibly in a large abandoned mall or something? I think seeing small homemade gardens nearby to establish the fact that they've resorted to growing their own food after being cut off could be an interesting concept. I also think an abandoned stadium would be very cool.
Idea: The local police department once finding out about this virus set up a sanctuary for people to evacuate to, it was set up in a high class area, they used construction fences to block off a fair amount of the area, the police made this the head quarters for themselves, they welcomed everyone with open arms, sending out small squads to search for survivors, they started to work on setting up telecommunications with the outside world, but they were over run by zombies, with no other options they opted to making the biggest mansion (their main HQ, which was heavily fortified) their final stand, this battle lasted until they all ran out ammo, with no other option left they fought the zombies with anything they could find. the massacre could be seen by the fences being broken burnt down buildings and destroyed cars.
(Lore) [SURVIVOR LOG 12] Hey, scavenger here. I recently explored a small suburb near the motel. The phone lines look intentionally cut, and there were some garden shears and a ladder sitting on the side of the road, so it's safe to say communications were sabotaged. Scavenger out.
Hey, random dude here that has done their own research into chernobyl, and can give a bit more insight into the reactor design. For those that do not know, the reactor, or RBMK-1000, were tipped with graphite, per standard RBMK-1000 design back in 1986, prior to the disaster. which slow down neutrons- and in turn- speed up the reaction inside the vessel, it is also thanks to the graphite that the RBMK-1000s had a Positive Steam Void Co-efficient, which does deserve a bit more explanation. The Enriched Fuel in a reactor, any reactor, can get pretty god damn hot. upwards to around maybe 1000 Celsius, but not hot enough to surpass it's melting point of 1130 Celsius. why is this relevant? well, it's because of how hot the rods get, there's immense amounts of steam building up around the fuel rods, causing the void co-efficient, usual reactors have Negative Steam Void Co-efficient, such as in BWR type reactors. however, thanks to the graphite, the Negative Steam Void became a Positive Steam Void Co-efficient inside the RBMK-1000s. there are a system, however, present to combat the steam voids: recirculation pumps, which are just as it sounds. pumps in the vessel to circulate water inside and around the reactor, which remove steam voids. in a BWR, this is a good thing, as it allows for more power from the reactor as the water is the coolant and neutron moderator, which allowing for more water around the rods means more reactivity. good! but it's the exact opposite for the RBMKs, their neutron moderator is the graphite, and the coolant was the water. leading to their positive steam void co-efficient, which was combated with the prior noted system, recirculation pumps. I'm not 100% with everything, and there's likely I've made a mistake somewhere, but for now- this is the best I can give to give a bit of an explanation of more in-depth of the reactor design faults.
Could be cool if the town was like a dead island 2 scenario, like how the entirety of LA is quarantined off while the rest of the world is still continuing. What I mean is that It would be cool if that one part of the town was quarantined off due to the nuclear disaster, while beyond the wall the rest of the town is still normal
i feel like a football stadium or a hospital used as a field hospital surrounded by beds for the injured citizens would be a cool idea and you could cover them with stretches
Since the government ommited the reason of the explosion (the virus), some people went to the contained area to investigate the dammage and try to find a reason. While doing that, they got infected with the virus, that spreaded to the whole city.
I feel like seeing cars hanging off the side of a bridge like maybe got wedged off by another car and stuck there, or stuck in a building abnormally would be cool! As if the car ramped on smth and got stuck.
idea : a truck/rest stop on the highway that has turned into a abandoned settlement, the settlement formed when drivers in need for gas got stranded at the truckstop after gas had run out. the homes could be trucks, RVs and just cars. maybe some inprovised shelters. walls could be made with cars and semitrucks in combination with some existing fences. eventually the settlement got overrun by zombies and was abandoned by its inhabitants.
It’d be good to have like a House of a Prepper who has made like a makeshift compound in say a cul-du-sac to fend off the zombies etc. It could have small farms etc in it as though it’s lived in still or it could be in ruins as though it was invaded, by zombies, raiders or maybe the government destroyed it in a cover up of some sort
You should build some neighboorhoods, where some buildings are burnt down, most of them just abandoned, but some being survivor bases :D looking forward for next episode
An idea to add is that the City's Mayor wanted there to be a mass fallout shelter being built when the powerplant was in the works, but because the belief of Engineers, technicians, contractors and the C.E.O. stating that "The new plant would be foolproof and there was no need to worry about a meltdown ever happening". The Mayor continued to insist that they should be responsible. This created a conflict between bureaucracies and lawyers. As the Powerplant was near to completion the Mayor finally convinced them that to build it because the citizens protesting more and more as they started seeing the cooling towers being built (This could be one of the reasons of the faulty construction) so the company finally folded for the demands of the people and the Mayor they started to do the construction to the city a sense of peace of mind incase of a natural disaster that citizens have a place to escape to on the other side of town. But they were slow at it because of there belief. The tunneling did get underway but the steel plate and lead to be put up on the outside of the concrete walls was taking a toll with shipping by rail and ship. The materials to continue the shelter would have been on that train the derailed leading to mass exposure to people possibly getting lead poising. Also there could be a light rail system in the city and have a line that splits off from that and goes underground then surfaces back up at the site of the shelter that would be switch to in emergencies. The rail way was completed to the shelter so the supplies could be transfer station off the freight line to the shelter's light rail. The Meltdown happened within 2 years of operation and the only plan of escape was by road and everyone was mass panic as the sirens from the power plant were blaring.
@@doubledonkey I'm thinking that the Mayor and the family are actually safe. The Mayor's Uncle is a conspiracy theorist and Doomsday Prepper (This could be why the Mayor wasn't being taken seriously because of the Mayor's crazy uncle). The Uncle built an underground shelter for him and his entire family on there grandparents old farm that was left to him after there passing. The farm was already in disrepair before the disaster. But the old Semi truck with a flat bed and the tractor were both taken care of and running and he bought several shipping containers and put them under ground.
Are you using Lumina for your cinematic shots? I downloaded it and tried it but it was messing with my game saves so I had to uninstall it. Your cinematic shots look amazing. I would love a video from you explaining your cinematic techniques!
I used Lumina for color adjustments when I building things, then I use the game's built-in camera tool to do the cinematic scenes, However, everything Lumina can adjust can also be done with the in-game camera tool. They’re essentially the same thing. The difference is that the camera tool allows you to adjust other useful settings, like cloud and fog levels. I’m not really an expert on how to adjust all the settings properly. I mostly just go with the flow and tweak things randomly. Since the settings can’t be saved, if you asked me to recreate the same effect, I probably wouldn’t be able to do it...
@@doubledonkey I think you do an amazing job, you have a very good intuition in creating your scenes, their very captivating. You sir, are the Bob Ross of of CS2, keep up the amazing work. Keep on painting those pretty little bushes and trees!~
I have an idea. An abandoned city where a comet hit it and the airburst, which happens where the comet hit levelled every building around the impact zone, the shock wave knocked all the trees in the city down and smashed almost every window, the fireball vaporised everybody in the city and char from the fireball turned everything black, and the shock wave also knocked down the radio tower so no one was sent to help and the comet was so bright it was said to turn night into day. Help was sent but it was too late by the time they arrived and they only knew about the cities destruction because people outside the city saw that ever so bright comet that turned night into day.
I am a engineer that works on nuclear power plants I work at Sequoyah Nuclear Power Plant in Tennessee it has a special system to stop it from melting down you did good describing how a power plant works and for anyone wondering nuclear power plants are clean energy so great job “I do thing city skylines should do a nuclear power plant update”.
9:35 bro you can make things more fishy with something similar with Project Zomboid lore. July 1 (Thursday), 1993 (Day -8) Knox Telecomunications takes phone lines down for maintenance. July 6 (Tuesday), 1993 (Day -3) 0600 EDT: US military blocks roads in area of Kentucky nicknamed 'Knox Country'. No reason is given. Areas within blockade include Muldraugh, West Point, Brandenburg, and Fort Knox itself. 1100 EDT: Military personnel erect fences and checkpoints within the Knox Exclusion Zone. Entrance and exit are forbidden. Reports of residents being turned away at gunpoint. 1320 EDT: Personnel in hazmat gear are seen within the Exclusion Zone. Air activity increases. 1800 EDT: Military clears traffic and members of the public from perimeter of Exclusion Zone. Some residents sleep in their cars, others walk north along highway to Louisville.
0:20 there's no such thing as a steam generator building. The steam generator is a component of the primary coolant system, and is almost always located inside the reactor building.

Build an abandoned international airport or military facility

i noticed you had some old tombstone props, which got me thinking about having a (now abandoned and ruined) cemetary somewhere nearby the nuclear plant, maybe because of the explosion and release of radiation the ground at the cemetary recieved such a high dose of radiation that it caused the people buried there to turn into stronger and more mutated zombies? it might be an interesting concept to explore
Idea for Fire Figthers at PowerPlant:
When they arrived they tried thier best to stop the fire in the reactor, after 4 hours the reactor exploded and only a few men survived the surviving men were evecuated from the military and fled into another city after 3 years 80% of the surviving fire figthers died because of cancer.
(I´m a real fire figther in austria and hope that something like this doesn´t happen irl)
Guten Tag
Not sure if you’ve seen HBO’s Chernobyl, but in the show, those firefighters who went to put out the fire died way faster than you’d expect. I’m not sure if it’s exactly like that in real life, but if you're a firefighter, be extra careful with fires that have unknown causes!
abandoned prison would be cool! there was a prison in walkin dead right? i forget
It be cool to see a car park filled with body bags or a wall in the town filled with missing posters like in 28days later
Hope you like this story with the hospital❤
Absolutely! a lot!
Maybe an abandoned shopping center, it would add an eerie vibe. A once busting shopping center filled with people now lies deserted
Your voice is so cute omg!!!
I'd tap tbh. I totally agree
Explanation for green water: after sitting still for a while, a film of green algae formed on the surface of the water
This series is amazing. You're amazing.
i find it so awful zombies are not being done, had lots of hopes for this but people saying ''zombies are boring/overdone!!" ruined it (even though it isnt overdone at all in city skylines, its why i had high hopes for this series from a small channel), How the hell is the destruction/aftermath of a zombie outbreak more boring than a nuclear disaster where everyone can literally just leave like they did with Chernobyl and fukushima, you dont see any left behind cars there on the road from a traffic jam because everyone left with ease, no chaos at all, chernobyl right now as result is just a abandoned city thats entirely overgrown with trees, entirely empty, there is not much to see there but the square, ferris wheel and the plant itself.
i mean with zombies you could've had survivor settlements, signs of struggle/looting, the traffic jams and the collisions on the highway as result of chaos would actually make sense as obviously everyone would be panicking to get away from flesh eating undead running after everyone, and best of all nobody has done zombies on this scale of detail before, thats why i had so much hope for this series because its the only one i could find that was actually planning to make a apocalyptic city, and not just a small area that looked apocalyptic for screenshots.
good point!~ thx man!
A broken down bridge with cars that fell down into a river, canyon or something like that would be very hard to do I guess but so cool so why not try it ?
I got a very good idea. Make an abandoned park with dead animals and laying all over the place and to have a destroyed dock and ship facility
Idea: The local police department once finding out about this virus set up a sanctuary for people to evacuate to, it was set up in a high class area, they used construction fences to block off a fair amount of the area, the police made this the head quarters for themselves, they welcomed everyone with open arms, sending out small squads to search for survivors, they started to work on setting up telecommunications with the outside world, but they were over run by zombies, with no other options they opted to making the biggest mansion (their main HQ, which was heavily fortified) their final stand, this battle lasted until they all ran out ammo, with no other option left they fought the zombies with anything they could find. the massacre could be seen by the fences being broken burnt down buildings and destroyed cars.
a kind-hearted story setting, nice!~
The reflective water looks great. Nice build dude
What I mean is that It would be cool if that one part of the town was quarantined off due to the nuclear disaster, while beyond the wall the rest of the town is still normal
the result is INCREDIBLE, it totaly worth a sub (also, could you make the map downloadable at the end of the project ?)
Build a country side with a sheriff's office
Add military checkpoints on the outskirts of the city, it would probably explain the amount of traffic trying to leave.
can you build a abandoned neighborhood or a abandoned school and a abandoned bus station with busses and make a abandoned Car dealership
i feel like a football stadium or a hospital used as a field hospital surrounded by beds for the injured citizens would be a cool idea and you could cover them with stretches
build a zone with sum abandoned village and a graveyard for cars/planes etc. that helped with the nuclear power plant scene just like Tsjernobyl
Build a heavily dense city (abandoned) with highways and public transport
Since the government ommited the reason of the explosion (the virus), some people went to the contained area to investigate the dammage and try to find a reason. While doing that, they got infected with the virus, that spreaded to the whole city.
I feel like seeing cars hanging off the side of a bridge like maybe got wedged off by another car and stuck there, or stuck in a building abnormally would be cool! As if the car ramped on smth and got stuck.
idea :
a truck/rest stop on the highway that has turned into a abandoned settlement, the settlement formed when drivers in need for gas got stranded at the truckstop after gas had run out. the homes could be trucks, RVs and just cars. maybe some inprovised shelters. walls could be made with cars and semitrucks in combination with some existing fences. eventually the settlement got overrun by zombies and was abandoned by its inhabitants.
I like the idea that they use cars and semi-trucks in combination with some existing fences.
You should add a few tents on a parking lot like it was a place were (initial) survivors build a temporary shelter ps:love this series ❤
enjoying this series 👍
A army base or something please
Maybe you could build a small outpost far outside the city showing that not everyone had the chance to leave and had to make do with what they had?
Nuclear Fusion is crazy
One word. EPIC!
You should build some neighboorhoods, where some buildings are burnt down, most of them just abandoned, but some being survivor bases :D
looking forward for next episode
An abandoned military safe zone with houses perimeter walls like in tlous Boston quarantine zone, would be amazing.
I dont really like zombie type stuff but like a virus makes you insane is kinda the same thing
Still wondering if you could do that crashed cruise/cargo ship
You're super talented man. The aesthetic you pull off in this series is so good
make a overrun emergency evacuation place destroyed by bandits and etc.
Abandoned suburbs and fields like in the movies
Holy F%#&! Those cinematics at the end are next level! Bravo!!
Straight out of Fallout. Looks great! Good job!
The Meltdown happened within 2 years of operation and the only plan of escape was by road and everyone was mass panic as the sirens from the power plant were blaring.
what happened to the Mayor?
@@doubledonkey I'm thinking that the Mayor and the family are actually safe. The Mayor's Uncle is a conspiracy theorist and Doomsday Prepper (This could be why the Mayor wasn't being taken seriously because of the Mayor's crazy uncle). The Uncle built an underground shelter for him and his entire family on there grandparents old farm that was left to him after there passing. The farm was already in disrepair before the disaster. But the old Semi truck with a flat bed and the tractor were both taken care of and running and he bought several shipping containers and put them under ground.
You should build a hospital that looks like it went through hell and the military was there but they left it due to the chaos
I can’t wait!!!!
You could make an abandoned train system
I forgor about this but made it right on time
you should make cdc checkpoints and military checkpoints and a military covey and a temporary military base
An abandoned rail yard with a railway crossing with lots of long derailed trains and a railroad crossing crash
Really cool!
Is it gonna evolve into a big abandoned city? Or is it gonna stay small?
9:35 bro you can make things more fishy with something similar with Project Zomboid lore.
July 1 (Thursday), 1993 (Day -8)
Knox Telecomunications takes phone lines down for maintenance.
July 6 (Tuesday), 1993 (Day -3)
0600 EDT: US military blocks roads in area of Kentucky nicknamed 'Knox Country'.
Id rather have the power plant explosion be the reason of the explosion. Having the zombie apocalypse being the reason sounds kinda boring
Could you add a Hospital, which was supposed to be a refugee camp but was overrun by zombies?
make a blown up bridge that is halfway collapsed to the other side of the city
Add an abandoned mall with an Military outpost infront?
0:20 there's no such thing as a steam generator building. The steam generator is a component of the primary coolant system, and is almost always located inside the reactor building.
U should build an abbandonated road with tall buildings and on the road there is a plane crash, that would be pretty cool
You can make like the principal hospital in the city whit ambulance, car cops, civilian cars or any car like someting happend
Lore:aprox 30 minutes after the explosion the [redacted] hospital was full of pepole the bastment and first floors where overcrowed by pepole some ones whit radioctive efectos other whit bites or scraches...
1 hour later the personal was ataqued by some patines it was dark some places the patines (now infected or zombie) atack whoever see some personal call the cops but after some minuets the Internet and services are gone they send some police and swat squads to enter but when the swats enter in the bastment [redacted] moved fast and [redacted] lost contact whit the swat team the survivors tried to escape but a swarm of infected kills the rest of swat and rush the cops outside some time survivors barricaded the hospital so no one could enter
there should still be workers parking there but a super sick build overall!
Woul love to see some sort of pop up quarantine zone
game is empty and you manage to do so much with it.. well done!
8:41 nah bro what is that profile pic😭😭💀
Make an abandoned airport yeah
