  • If there’s one thing I hear from a lot of my patients it’s this - “Dr. G, how can I get my family to follow your Plant Paradox diet?”
It’s a GREAT question - and I’ve seen firsthand what a difference this program can make for an entire family.
So for this episode, I’ll be sharing 3 easy steps for getting your whole family on board with the Plant Paradox - so that everyone can reap the benefits.
I’ll also debunk 5 of the biggest myths about childhood diets.
    On this episode you’ll learn:
My “one at a time” trick for getting your entire family onboard the Plant Paradox program (1:40)
Two of the most dangerous “healthy” drinks you can give your children (4:40)
The shocking “superfood” that may be driving asthma and eczema epidemic among young children (6:50)
The healthy “building block” food you and your family are probably eating too much of (9:50)
    * When “being nice” can actually hurt your child’s health (14:00)
    * The shockingly “healthy” breakfast food you should ALWAYS avoid (believe me - it’s NOT what you think) (17:30)
    * The “healthy candy” that’s as bad for you as it is for your kids (19:14)
    Mentioned on this episode:

In my opinion, Organic meat and/or grass fed meat is better than plant based food. Agreed, juice and fruit is far to high in sugar, so are certain vegetables. Organic Meat is sugar free and not mentioned as an alternative to mass produced meat.

    • @patriciagrenier9082

It all turns to sugar… listen MORE to Dr Gundry’s talks or better read his books, buy ‘‘em or borrow from the library. I follow nearly all his suggestions. First before him I gave up meat because of what those animals ate, it was not the grass that GOD intended. I occasionally ate fish and lots of veggies. I lost weight lots. Discovering his books, along with a tad of what I learned about the metabolic processes in the human body. His books are very interesting as he explains the scientific reasons behind his knowledgeable suggestions. Be healthier, lol, go Gundry!!! Best Wishes!

Organic meat is still mass produced! You are misinformed. The best meats for us would be either the ones you hunt for in the wild, or from 100% grass fed, pastured animals, especially goat & lamb, ideally. Organic means the animals have been fed organic grains, corn & soybeans. If you're sensitive to those, you don't want to consume them.

@@jujuapple6706 I eat mostly vegetables that are on Dr Gundry’s list. I eat smaller amounts of fish and fake meat. And small amounts of fruit. The bread I eat is wheat free or Ezechiel’s bread. I don’t eat cake (except for the chocolate mousse) or other baked goods.I drink coffee, tea and Kombuchas, and occasionally wine. I try to eat the items suggested by Dr.Gundry YET sometimes I cheat, but I never eat meat. I take supplements, vitamins and minerals. I try to eat well yet maybe a few times a year I devour potato chips. So, I think I too should eat better. I read the ingredient list and that is my guide also, as in: no chemicals that GOD did not make. Our bodies are not designed to eat the kinds of food items available in the last century. Eat as well as you can! MAY GOD GUIDE AND BLESS YOU.🙏😊🙏
