I figured if I blasted our time lapse song this many times in one video you guys may want a new one...
Yeah I feel like it's about time. But definitely feel free to throw it in once in a while. Sort of attached to it now hahaha.
HELL YEA BROTHER YOU ROCK!
Yeahh lol
Do you know if the heck yeah brother shirts will be in stock before the giveaway ends. Wanna get my boy one when I buy me some stuff (empty my bank account)
Hello from Rotorua New Zealand. Long time supporter would love a reply 1 day hell yeah brother 🤘😎❤
Pretty crazy we can do roll cages in house now... Tye is a BEAST!!!
I think the Mercury give away, is the first ever on youtube or in general
Hell yeah, brother, that Ty is a serious asset.
HELL YEAH BORTHER
Was hoping this would get a big block, the LS looks strange with that massive blower 😂
Profab guys go to bed every night crying
Tye is an artist, and great at explaining everything on a level that I can understand (never done fab work). Seems like a super chill good dude too.
Edit: So happy my top comment her on Cleetus' channel is a compliment of Tye's work. Now I need to go to an event (live in Cali), so I can shake the guys hand and thank the team for all the great entertainment through the years. I might book a trip just to attend something at the Factory.
I agree with you Norm. I know metal fabricators don't usually make much, but he is on another level. I really hope Cleeter is taking good care of him because he is irreplaceable.
@@TXMadeTXPaid quality work definitely pays for it self. Low end fabricators don’t make too much. But high end, boy they do🤣
Ty is a super star. Hope he’s paid well.
Ive been a hobbyist fabricator for 20 years and yeah Tye is a superstar!
He makes it look easy, but take it from me, it sure isn’t. He is a wizard with steel.
Tye’s fab skills are off the charts. And his ability to explain processes on camera , he’s a natural. Keep up the killer work!
Tye is such a master of his craft, a lot of people have said that he makes this kind of thing look easy, and that’s the true sign of a master of the art.
Last time I welded anything I almost welded my forehead.
Don't get discouraged - keep at it! You'll get to a fivehead soon!
Video, or it didn’t happen..😏
Brothers!.. don't get me wrong, I love the tank vids & such but this is the stuff that gets me goin... Ty, Jackstand, Zac and George doing what they do, the behind the scenes, the raw part of the builds... put it on whatever channel ya want, i'll watch it...
100% rate these videos a lot
No disrespect to the original "McFarland Fabrication" welders, but Tye is even more skilled than what I realized from watching him since he's been part of the team. To lay out a roll cage with a CAD program and then fabricate and weld the bars is demonstrating his very impressive knowledge and abilities. His narration of what he's doing is also first-rate.
Hell Yeah Brother
hired fabricator can fabricate, more news at 11.
You forgot to put "welders" in quotes as well 😂
@@sdy284 nothing wrong with praising good work and great communication skills.
@@TheHannukahZombie Thanks for recognizing the point I was trying to make.
Tye did such a good job recording that video. A year ago, I would have been sayin, "no, I just want Cleetus as the main person in the videos," but this is such a good crew now, they all can hold the camera and make a good video that fits the feel of the channel. So good to see them all working hard and doing well.
I would love to see the channel expand, he really needs a dedicated editor, even if Cleetus continues with the main content and florida man side, and have a second editor who focuses on the build and shop work side of it, get alternate videos, a cleetus video then a shop video.
@@MrJaiimez that would be cool. I'm not sure how well it would go over with the majority of the community though if there was a dedicated professional editor. If you remember the Golf Kart build Competition, people complained that the videos were too professional looking. Although, that may have also been a bit due to the camera crew. Who knows. I think that a dedicated Editor would be cool, it would allow Cleetus to focus more thought on the back end of his businesses and probably free of time for him outside of work. I know how much time even just simple editing can take. Cleet's a pretty good editor himself, but I imagen it still adds a fair bit of time to his working hours. pros and cons.
editor yes filmer no cleet just needs someone that’s at home and he can send them clips and videos and shit and they can edit them while he’s recording that’s all he needs but ya know it would def have to be someone with his style of editing
Dude…. Having Tye in the shop is a serious blessing. Dude can weld and fit with the best of em… and he knows CAD.
Let Tye start his own business and watch half the Garrett fans leave LOL
@@AD-dw6cbodds are that he makes enough working for Garrett that it doesn’t make the responsibility, overhead, demands and risk of going out on his own make sense personally or financially
Tye just seems so humble, always has a smile on his face, and is a beast at his profession. Big ups to Tye!
Agreed. Dude's skills and positivity are unmatched. Love watching his segments/clips.
Tye is great at filming and explaining what he's doing and why. He tells a good story that is easy to follow.
WTH!!! I don't remember posting this comment!!!
The build video's are just as enjoyable as the loud motor sound ones. Thank you for including them.
@@pmmartinpmjm must be 2 of us.
Ty and Zac are consummate professionals. They make things "look" so easy but we all know their talent is truly amazing! Salute!
yes i so agree there amazing nice guys as well
I really appreciate Tye explaining what he’s doing & why. The fabrication process is fun to watch & educational
Huge fan of watching Tye doing fab work. Please don’t hold back on them videos 🌶
"Who would have thought we'd turn this thing into a full blown race car?"
- Every single person watching this channel, knew it'd get the race car treatment eventually.
Lovely looking cage. Hope it is never actually "needed".
It would get race car treatment if he didnt sell it or wreck it.
True that man just a matter of time
We were sure hoping it would anyway.
If Tye is ever having a bad day or doubting himself he just needs to come read this comment section.... Amazing dude and highly skilled. By far one of the channels greatest investments!
Tye is such great asset. He's quiet, doesn't big himself up or go out of his way to make himself look special and comes across as a real nice guy too. He just gets on with doing truly high end fab' work in the process of which, he makes complex fab' work look easy with clear explanation of process. I'm no welder but I know a good weld when I see one and his are right up there. Great prep' and meticulous attention to detail resulting in superior custom end product. He's one of your crew I really enjoy watching purely for his obvious skills and love of his job!
I enjoy watching all types the street car drag racing, drag n drive and strip racing in general but this type of behind the scenes filming really ticks the box for me. One man/woman doing what they do well. You have a garage full of guys with characters as unique as the builds they help to create so cameo films from all would be cool. So more please. Oh, and give Sam a few more tins of cola and a race car. He's hilarious when buzzin'!!
Tye is one of the best there is. Great on camera and explaining simplistically and directly to what is being worked on. Thank you to the team for such great content!
Huge thankyou to Ty and Zach and all the other members behind the scenes who make this kind of content possible on a daily basis. You guys work your balls off and it is much appreciated! Hell yea brother
Tye and George have been a great addition to your team. Quality people who do quality work and explain how and why they are doing it.
Agree but don’t forget SAM
@@adrianneedham2373 man I was just gonna say that ngl
George is like a parakeet. Just fulfilling a quota I’m sure.
I like George, he is a great guy. Tye is a craftsman. Not just a welder or just a mech. Tye can do it all and that makes him a craftsman. I step above the rest.
I could watch this stuff all day. Lets face it, Garrett has been smart enough to see that all his boys bring something unique to the channel, each one is highly popular in his own right, lose one and the dynamic changes. Been great to watch the channel grow and to see so many benefit from it and live the dream. Am I envious? Of course I bloody am!
Tye and Zack really are crushing it when they take the camera and film their work. Content on the channel has never been better brother!
Gotta praise the work behind the scenes 🙌...
Agreed! It is different but every bit as enjoyable just watching them work. Doesn't always have to be shenanigans 24x7. Really great content!
Having Tye and Zach in the shop working/filming is such a huge benefit to this channel. I enjoy these episodes just as much as the racing content, if not more.
Garrett, the way your crew has developed over the years is outstanding. I think us OG's all miss Coop as well as Jeremy, but the current team is made of what I consider some of the best in the YT business. Ty is a monster with the metal work, James kills the mechanical side, Sam's just a shine wizard, good ole' Dr TuneEmAll on the clicker, George brings such great energy and experience, and you've got the business and builds nailed down from all well-rounded angles. There isn't a team on YT that I'd bet on over you guys. Heck, Madi brings her own element to the channel and we love it!
I haven’t seen a better team, ever!
I'm an Og fan, and don't miss Jeremy or Cooper at all
Cooper had some great one liners but on his own is kinda dull. Jeremy's unique car projects are awesome but he seems to be focusing on his shop and customers instead of youtube. I can't blame him but I wish he would give more updates on his projects.
Something to think about ... the body is mounted to the frame with rubber isolators and the cage has weld points to both the body and frame. As the Blazer launches, it will put a lot of stress on the floor plates as the body can move in relation to the frame but the cage cannot. It would be good to replace the rubber isolators with metal to make the whole system more rigid and eliminate some of that flex.
Came to say the same thing , body needs to be solid mounted to the frame get those rubbers out of there !
the body is now attached to the frame....with steel tubes. you get that. right?
I could watch Tye fabricate all damn day- more of this!!
Preach!
I wanted Tye to get some more cred for the talent he has, and here we are, comments overload with hype around this mans impeccable work. Also the timelapse song never gets old, its my jam at this point!
Fax to the song and to tye love the the time lapses and whenever you hear this song in a cleet vid you know it’s gonna be good
Ugh.
Can we get a Ty and Zach shirt? The work they do is amazing to watch and see. You can see the amount or attention and detail goes into their work no matter what vehicle it is
I Definitely would buy one !!!!!
Tye, the passion you have for your work is out of this world. Please don’t ever loose that drive. Cleet is one lucky dude to have you on his team.
I wish I was half the fabricator you are.
Agree, but let’s set the right example or those following your work. We know it’s hot in Florida but COVER that skin brother. We don’t want to lose you to skin cancer.
As a welding student, Tye is an absolute inspiration. Looks like he’s livin the dream. I can only hope to be that good some day.
Tye, Zach and ol George definitely kicked this channel up more notches than I thought possible! Nothing but respect for yall keep doing big things brother!!
Bruh…Sam!
@@econrey got me there man! Sam included of course lol
As a guy that has worked in shops my whole life I appreciate the fact that you have supplies and parts handy and readily available for your employees. Seems like a badass place to work. A dream for any mechanic or auto tech.
Cleet just surrounds himself with the best people. Jackstand, Tye, George, Sam...all absolute quality hard-working, knowledgeable, laid back dudes.
Tye is one of those guys u make sure u never lose. Keep him happy, keep him paid, and he'll take this channel to the next level with his art.
*you
Finding a man that holds his word is hard as hell nowadays, even if I don't win The Marauder I fully support this because you just went with it when you could have changed it, the fan base really appreciates that
Love watching and hearing Tye and Zach film and explain their work procedures before, during, and after. More of those guys, please.
I’m an electrician and I’ve never welded anything besides my side cutters to box with 277v but I can tell Tye is a master at his craft. You can just tell when someone is just passionate about what they do. Big kudos to Tye.
Made me laufgh :)
ty could literally go work where ever he wants with those skills hope cleeter continues to treat him right
I wish I knew how much these guys get paid. Have to be a ton and they get to have fun most of the time
Looks like they have invested in a lot of cool toys to make the process easier/more fun as well. Stuff like CAD tube benders, tube notchers, welding equipment, etc. Really love the fab work they have been knocking out. Awesome to see.
i was thinking the same thing, his skills are worth a lot of money in several different trades. i have a feeling Cleet takes good care of all of the guys he seems generous...
@@fast97z24 I’m thinking more tbh… Ty does A TON of fab work and it’s just him working on it most of the time. I would guess 100k+ considering he could make that with the skills he has elsewhere
@@bpl101 Florida also doesn’t have state income tax so that helps
Makin it look too easy! What a team 👏🏼👏🏼 she’s gonna RIP
Hell yeah, I can’t wait to see your build come to life too!
Emelia you rock! Can't wait for you to get that Mustang running!
The E Crew isn't too shabby also if i might say! Cant wait to see that Mustang RIP with that monster transplant in it!!!
Rocky better run against your big block S550. Battle of the big blower hats
Sounds like she’s calling you out cleeter but funning aside big fan of both teams
Brother, you have such a great crew. Dialed to the point that " outside help" isn't needed as much. I'm just so happy to see a big ole blower going to be ripping again. Because blowers are cooler than turbos 😉
Tye is an absolute legend, not only is he a machine with the fabrication, he feels like a natural with a camera and the coverage of everything that he is doing.
Most definitely not the first one to say this, but the whole team is absolutely mint these days, keep up the good work gang.
The whole McFarland crew really is spectacular. Great team chemistry and it really looks like everyone has fun working everyday. Keep killing it brother!
I don't know what Tye is into, drag racing, off roading etc but it's time he has his own build on the channel. He does such great work for you guys and he needs his own race car.
I totally agree! Like the content is beyond amazing but that would be the cherry on top for sure!
Love the fact tye is getting love but at the same time cleetus can’t just be handling our builds like that seems like everyone gets a build for breathing near the man I saw in another video he already has his own build which cleetus probably gave him some motion for the build
Pretty sure the S197 Mustang sitting outside is his project. I agree, would love to see some videos with him geeking out on his own personal stuff. More content means more videos.
Ty needs a raise! Ive worked in race shops for over a decade, both pro and am teams. Very few can fabricate, engineer, plan, and execute like he can. On top of all of that he's filming his work and doing a perfect job without skipping a beat. Ive only seen 2 or 3 other guys out of hundreds who can manage this. Keep him happy Cleetus!, he's one of the few on your team who is absolutely irreplaceable.
So glad Ty got himself on camera, I remember when he was a bit shy and now he is the star of some of my favorite Cleetus videos.
I can't believe there were idiots on a Facebook page complaining about the content lately saying it's lacking because the blazer is getting built now and they rather see the goody turbo whistle type content.. I think he does a great job of mixing it up on this channel he literally mixes it up all the time you can't make everybody happy so you might as well do what makes you happy
ford guys always want it there way
This video was one of the best "follow along" videos yet. Not boring, informative and just perfect. Great idea for allow Ty to do this.
Can we just have a tye episode of him fabbing stuff and walking people through stuff? He’s great at videoing and explaining steps during the whole process
Tye's time lapses are on point. He's also a beast of a welder. The tab he made for Shane's CRX was the strongest part when it crashed.
Getting to see the process of the cage building was amazing, seeing just how much work these guys put in is insane. Great work boys and fantastic video
Just such an amazing team! Knowing tye since elementary school and seeing him do so well and finally he’s somewhere where he’s happy and appreciated and his work can be seen and shown off is amazing 🤘keep it up boys!
Please don't change your facial hair from this configuration.
"I've already drawn this car in CAD so I know where all my bends and angles are"
That's impressive. He can draw it and build it. Beast mode engaged!
Dude, I had to pause for a moment after he said that. The WHOLE car
Tye be killing it man. He's definitely good hire and his work is like art dude be killing it on everything he touches.
It is like watching an artist paint the Mona Lisa watching Tye fabricate. Guy is a weapon! Never stop posting his videos fabrications stuff mate 👌🏼👌🏼
Cleetus, Garrett....seeing how much your channel and shop have grown is just a happy experience as a viewer.....congrats again and again on being able to add Ty and the other quality , skilled mechanics you have....really such a great channel
Honestly I love watching Tye's fab lapses. So freaking much done so fast. My grandfather was a master pipefitter and he'd be envious as hell of that pipe bender. He's the only person I've seen do a race cage with nothing but a manual pipe bender. He passed years back but as a kid I loved watching him build and rebuild his midget. Even into his 80's, he wasn't driving anymore but he'd build or fix cages for other drivers. Reminds me of sitting in his shop and watching.
Everyone you have brought on to the team in the last year/ few years has been awesome! Sam is awesome. I love everything you guys do. And now with such a great team you guys are just doing great things at a faster pace and I love it. I know you all work super hard and I for one appreciate it. I just had my 3rd son born 7 days ago and lost my mom yesterday so your videos are a great way for me to relax. Thank you guys!
🙏 for your new family and your family past. From my family to your family, hang in there brother!
Sorry to hear about your mom passing. Thankfully she was around to see your youngest come into this world. Bet that meant a lot to her. Bless you and your family while getting through these times.
@@suddendilemma5137 she never got a chance to meet him. But thank you

Tye is pretty amazing at what he does and his filming is on point, I could watch videos like this every day. Keep up the good work you all!
Can I just say that watching Tye work is seriously one of the best parts of this channel. I would love to see more and more content of his fabrication processes. Hes just so well spoken and even though I know next to nothing about what hes actually doing, I can tell he knows EXACTLY what hes doing and it really is a pleasure to see. I love the time lapse song also.
it really is crazy how far this channel has come, from exhaust turbo whistles to have full on (amazing) fabricator like ty on the team and working on a 6 second El Camino
When did the El Camino run a 6?
It's really unbelievable how far you guys have come. I feel like Rocky is going to be a milestone with all the in house work being done. Keep up the great work and thank you for all the awesome content over the years!
The guys you have added in the last couple of years has really made a huge difference in the content you are able to put out. Always something new to see and I love it.
I'm pumped to see everyone filming they're on parts of what they do.. like tye and zach.... your such a bang up boss!! Cant wait to hear george laugh when he does his first pull
Tye is a MACHINE. Quality work from a quality dude.
Tye is one hell of a welder, nice clean caps, getting it done. Hope you keep letting George race the blazer, love his excitement behind the wheel. Yall be safe.
Girlfriend getting nails done and needed some new Cleetus.. PERFECT TIMING BROTHER
I took my girl to get hers done and I told her when your done just come out to the car I'll be waiting for you.. well when she was done and came back I was crashed out in my ranger.. she was pounding on my door/window trying to wake me up for a while lol. I finally woke up to a pissed off girl.
I will say, watching his craftsmanship has become one of my favorite things on this channel. Great value added.
This is the best channel on UA-cam. I have learned a lot from you guys. The knowledge you all possess has helped me with my LS swap turbo build.
Tye is seriously a gem. Cleetus is lucky to have such a skilled, kind person working with him.
Seriously McFarland Machine and Track is some of my favorite content to date.
The talent the team has gathered has allowed Cleat to do all the focused racing and novelty stuff while I would argue turning out the best Fab Content.
Cleetus is an impressive dude, and I think it's equally impressive that Cleetus has built such a talented team. Every one of these guys is entertaining, but also works their butts off.
Tye is an absolute beast. CAD skills, fab skills, and good videography. What can’t this guy do
I was once questioning the “guys in the shop doing the work” and cleet not really doing it much for videos anymore, what a hell of a team!!! and the videos don’t skip a beat with the guys narrating it!!!Love it!
I've been freaking pumped since the blazer post today! YEE YEE
I will say, the added crew members have made a MASSIVE impact on the channel and the race program. Very stoked for y’all
Give TYE a raise for is commentary and video skills. He could have his own channel but he compliments yalls different video styles so well I never get bored.
cleeter, it’s safe to say that you have the most incredible crew on YT. congratulations and well done dude, living the dream
Garrett, you've come a long way from LS1 Leroy to today. Ace staff, in-house fab guys with skills, and .....well....George
Having spoken to Tye in a previous shop he worked at ( and made some killer welds at ), he’s a super nice guy and I’m loving seeing him kill this fab videos. Can’t say how much I enjoy these as a novice tig welder myself.
This is one of my favorite videos of yours. Please show more of the behind-the-scenes hard work that goes into this. Tye did a great job of explaining and filming as he went along.
I'd love to see a whole channel of just Tye and Zach working in the shop, talking about what they are doing.
Tye's work is mint. He definitely needs a proper fab work area, skills like his deserve a heaps wicked fab room with all the gear to sort out the next impulse purchase haha
He has a fab area. Go back and watch when they redid the floor and they show the fab area
TY is the man.
Love how we explains and shows how he does certain things.
Can we just talk about how much of an ASSET Ty is to the team?! This man gets the work done!
Ty is a master at what he does. Everything he does is amazing. You really do have an awesome group of people.
Y’all really do have an amazing team. Tye is a fabrication monster and Zach seems to be extremely knowledgeable also. If it were my crew I wouldn’t want it any other way. Great things coming and still yo come 👏🏼👏🏼
Gotta love how this channel is evolving, you got one hell of a team Garrett. Tye's out here killing it on the fab work, the man deserves the camera time.
Sooo awesome how much detail is shown in the video… guys a master at what he does. Major props, brother!
It is beyond cool to see the process that ty goes through every single time to weld up stuff for you guys. I'm not a fan of the time lapse nonsense I wish we could do an abbreviated version maybe try 100x1 of all of that. But the fact that we get to see what goes into making this stuff makes me, as a fabricator, feel so fulfilled. Thank you so much
I'm always so impressed with Tye's camera work. Love to watch his bits of getting an insane amount of work done in 'no time' 🤣
Tye is so good at his craft! Loved watching the timelapses just makes you appreciate the smallest details that go into these types of cars! Amazing!
From when tye started and wasnt so happy being on camera to now is amazing!!! Such a great team member!!!
Chrome rollcage would be SOOO baller
Also, for the exhaust, there should be a full exhaust for the street and zoomies for the track. Or, side pipes for the ladies...
Black side pipes would be baller.....
except chrome roll cages cannot be certified
Wrapped in leather would also be sick. George giving cleeter those two options had me cracking up
I love how this car was purchased just as a way for James and George to finish race week to now be a full on LS swapped race car. I don't think they were planing on this when they bought it.
The team is so great! I was worried when you started adding so many people, but every single person has added so much to the channel. I don't know if cleeter is super lucky, or a great judge of character but it's working! Honestly not one of the people on cam is uninteresting. Love it guys. Best channel.
Thumbs up for the 90's James Hetfield moustache!👍👍👍👍
You do have an awesome crew. Tye and Zac filming is always appreciated.
Must be a great feeling cleetus to know u have stout loyal hard workers give these guys a pay bump they deserve lovin the content dont ever stop , hell yeah brother !!! 3

George keeping a straight face asking garret to decide between a chrome or wrapped leather cage with james laughing and thinking "is this guy serious right now?!"
Favorite part of the video.
You have a great crew at the moment both in front of and behind the cameras. You are also showing a great and balanced mix of videos. Cars/boats/tanks/tech/shenanigans. Keep up the great work!
Love watching Ty work, what a true craftsman… making it look easy! What a great group of guys you have put together, really something special.
