Your wire looks to small, it should be #8 gauge and a 40 amp double breaker for a double oven. A single oven takes #10 gauge and a 30amp breaker. Just saying, this is what I found at a family members house when their oven was replaced from a single to a double.

That a 30 amp double breaker. In either case both are 220 v single phase.
