  • Installing a double oven we got for free. It’s brand new only been cooked in a few times. My in-laws are remodeling their house and they are going with something different.

      Looks good David. We are doing something similar with a cook top converting and cutting the cabinets to fit a full size oven.

    Hey where did you order the bottom glass? The same happened to my oven

      I have not yet. But when you do check amazon. It’s considerably cheaper than ordering from whirlpool or any other appliance place.

    Always remove the racks and doors makes the install easier.

    what about the weight? Did you use any support?

      Yes, I put a 2x4 down the center and screwed it to a stud in the wall.

    What was your cabinet dimensions? And what’s the overall height of the oven?

      Cabinet 25 1/4” deep, 28 1/4” wide and 50” tall (after re-sizing) the oven body was 48” and the height including the display panel is 52”. I hope that answers your question.

    If you go to 6:03 you can see that the glass is fully intact in the lower oven door.....

    You could have taken the doors off it would have been easier on your back
