Cabinet looks to be super sturdy, but watch for the j-box location. It's critical. the electrical whip on the GE double wall oven is like 3 feet only. Also, to give you more depth, don't even put a back to the cabinet on. Leave it open to the drywall. Then the electrical whip wont get bunched up behind when installing!

Go as big as possible! I build garages for a living and EVERYONE regrets having not gone bigger! I’m even planning on adding a whole new bay to my garage to double the size.

Yes the back is structural. It is only 1/2" thick
