Guys, if you buy this bag, make sure the top handle isn’t located on the downside like in my video. I made a complaint, and fortunately, I got a new bag 🎾🎾
I ordered this bag twice from different sellers (1st from reseller, 2nd from Official Wilson UK online store) and both bags had the top carry handle on the wrong end of the bag like you mentioned. The only option both places give me is to return it. Reseller doesn't have any more stocks. It's a nice bag but I won't accept a flawed product I paid retail for. Not sure what to do now since even the official store has this flaw.
Can't find any reviews or posts about this on websites or Reddit.
My recommendation is to call the shop directly and ask if they have the carry handle on the correct end before proceeding with the order. It's really disappointing that the Federer collection has these kinds of issues.

also do you really wanna put your tripod things against your strings like that? Wouldn't that mess up your strings and tension?
Yes, I agree, but you know they need to save some extra features for the biggest bag. As for the tripod, I’ve never thought about it, but maybe I should use a different compartment-or should I buy the 15-pack? 😮
@@NoLimitTennis Do they have 12 pack? I just saw one of my player with the bigger version of the bag and it seemed like it had shoe compartment. it is a really good looking bag.
I can't understand why top handle is located on downside.
My bag was same as yours..then I ask Shop to change my bag.
