This is BRILLIANT!. As a dad of two kids (who have been supposedly arrested in both Canada and Dominican Republic), i can assure that this scam is very real. Luckily my wife’s mother didn’t fall for it but MANY do.
I gave my two grandsons a security word that should they need help anytime and unable to get to their parents, to call me and repeat the security word. Worked great. Received a scam one grandson was in jail and needed me to bail him out......... I asked for the security word. Phone went dead.
I don't understand why this doesn't have millions of views yet. It's just a matter of time. Best PSA I've ever seen, this needs to be seen by so many people.
Yep. They knew where my niece lived, and her name. They even had someone get on the phone pretending to be her, saying she had a "cold." I realized it was a scam and told them off. Creepy!
I would be so scared and upset if I was staying with someone and they told me they were sending gift cards to bail someone out of jail it happens and it's so scary what are they doing that could be really mean lying
