Great insights, Johnny! Planning the feed and posting in portrait has always been my go-to. For my captions and hashtags, though, I've been leaning on boost app social lately. Quick way to get those engagement levels up.

I did not realize the impact this video would have when I clicked on it. Everything I was struggling with on my photography Instagram was answered. Thank you Jonny.
I honestly watched a lot of videos like this but this is the only one that i consider as real, genuine tips. Especially the last one.. thanks for the quality of your work!
Well, thanks algorithms for taking me here. best video about growing an Instagram. Thanks for all the tip! I will return with my results in a few months!
One thing I started doing recently is not defaulting to 4x5 crop if my image is compromised by it. It makes my profile grid look slightly odd but I feel so much better when seeing my images in the crop that I intended, so it’s worth it for me.
Thanks for these tips my dude! They are really going to help me out! I just started landscape Photography and its great to be reminded not to rush into it and that quality matters so focusing on that is more imperative than posting daily and have my work lack the quality it deserves. I look forward to your next videos! Sending good vibes your way!
Usually these kind of videos are the same with one another and always unhelpful but this one was actually good! Some tips I've not heard before! Thank you!
OMG I love your hacks. I intend to start a Photography instagram Channel but wanted to properly educate myself before I start. Everything that you said seems to make complete sense. Very helpful and usefull.
Great tips Jonny, thank you! One question: I'm just a general photographer, I make a living through my portraiture but I also love photographing nature, animals, interiors and I just post up all the pics I like (not very regularly). It looks a bit of mess (and your feed is so neat!). Should I just stick to the one discipline? Thanks Janie
Tip number 13 is the best! Life is outside social media although important for the business. Thanks for the tips! We looked for feedr but we can’t find it on apple store. Can you please maybe share a link? Thanks! Have a wonderful day from South Africa
Thanks. Even though this is an old vid the tips are still relevant. The hashtags seem excessive though. Do hashtags still work as good as they used to? I always feel like that makes things look messy.
Good stuff. I wonder if the pano wouldn't be better in the first image of the carousel. I'd have to think about that, but granted, the first image wouldn't be the 4x5.
Tip nr 1,1080x1350? Is this for mobile only ie. Lightroom mobile,if I shoot with my camera, does the same px apply, someone mentioned 2160px portrait view,if you export your picture from Lightroom desktop to your phone
Excellent video ! Thanks for all of these super tips and others that i've seen on your other vids (ie Reels). I very happy to have found your account, please keep the content coming ! Cheers
Really enjoyed the video - I do photography on my other accounts and like you , landscapes are a lot of what I do and I had the issue of not having regular content, so your tips are very valuable! Thanks for those ideas !
Great video. Subscribed 🤙 Nice to hear your tips, some new to me, and some qualify my approach also. Thanks and look forward to watching more of your content.
Johnny, found your channel today. And I've watched a few videos. Amazing content I must say. I've learnt a lot from those. Just one tiny suggestion if I may - you are so cute, I wish you'd smile more often in your videos. x
Ha thanks, I smile more in my more recent ones. I’m so exhausted in all the early ones I’m concentrating on not messing it up. I’ll make a point to try and relax more!
Great tips my man! Still, feels like my follower base has become stagnant, despite me following basically all the rules you've mentioned... I'm puzzled!
A carousel is all fine and good for a landscape like you showed, but what if your photo is one unitary subject that's long and horizontal - a reclining figure, a hot new sports car, the winning dog at Crufts, someone's super-yacht, etc? These would not look good fragmented into three vertical segments.
Great tips. Could be nice also to hear how was your first experience with Instagram or social media in general as a photographer. Was your first picture hard to choose as the opening one?.

Great insights, Johnny! Planning the feed and posting in portrait has always been my go-to. For my captions and hashtags, though, I've been leaning on boost app social lately. Quick way to get those engagement levels up.
For real! That app is dope. The unique reel features are on point!
So good to hear the last two tips out loud. So comforting. Especially when we’re stuck inside. Thanks so much for this.🌻

Tip 13 is my fav. I've felt burnt out and took a long break.
Whats your IG id?
These are great tips. I especially like the info on not rushing the posts and reaffirming that Quality over Quantity is ok to start with.
Thanks for these tips my dude! They are really going to help me out! Great help. Is feedr now Feed Preview? Can't find it anywhere
Unfortunately it seems to have disappeared. I'm using Later at the moment, it works well.
Great tips👌🏽😎
What about the feedr app? Does it still exist? I can't find it in the App Store : (
Search for Inpreview, its a good one :)
@@jnrmarcio Thanks!

Thanks very much, that means a lot.
This was super insightful, thank you for this
Hey thank man! It Feedr was a very useful recomendation
It’s no longer in the Apple Store? It doesn’t look like it exists anymore unless he has another phone or it’s not available here :-/

Great tips my man! Still, feels like my follower base has become stagnant, despite me following basically all the rules you've mentioned... I'm puzzled!
Instagram is mainly for duckface boob shots
Then try something new, pay ads for messages, make giveaways, engage with polls, make mini tips stories.
Nicely done, inspirational.
What do you mean by well researched hashtags? I research but I still get vague hashtags. Thanks!
Really helpful tips..👍👍
Would you recommend app for android like Feedr
