I love my M135i, I normally change my cars every 6 months or so but mine has stayed with me over 4 years now as my trusted daily driver, completely stock 2014 auto, great cars. 👍
I ended up keeping mine for 8 years and then a 140🤣 great cars for the price point!

@@ahhhh226 that's a ridiculous jump in cost, I had heard that for some insurances hiking up this year. F Type would be a nice choice. What's the details on your M140?

Calvin, I did over 100k miles across an m135i and m140i. DMS mapped my m135i to about 390bhp but you really need to stick some Eibach Pro springs on - cheap upgrade and will absolutely transform the handling. Good luck, hope it goes to a good home

All them parts that's replaced on this... are while your there Jobs... which is standard practice even at BMW... people don't understand about this.. ("but I didn't want that changed") you don't want to put old parts back on... even if recently changed... its accountability and liability stuff... Will at VRS is great... thats some great Knowledge he has straight off the top of his head😊

I got a 3 door m135i with 110k on the clock only thing is with them it's rocker cover gasket iv had that tensioner noise since got the car on 97k and mines a 64 plate

1 series came long way. That transmission would keep Mr awake running 400horses. They aren't reenforced to cope with tuning. But pushing this constantly would be a shame. Country roads, tracks or my no 1 on my bucket list ST, VXR or 40th edition GTI drive on The Autobahn...Then Swiss mountains on into France I'm not f Davos bred. 😁

Had my m140i since 2017 brand new great car...only done 17k miles dealer keeps calling me to buy it back. Once you've had a straight six you cant go back to 4 pot

The pre lci f20s all suffer from that misty headlight I swear😂
Mines sat on the drive with nearly 99k miles on and can confirm it has the misty headlight😂

You are missing a vacuum hose on the valve cover. You should have a massive vacuum leak.

Sealed for life BMW claim, unlike ZF themselves
@@Stoff1 ZF says every 60k miles, so it should have been done by now ideally
@@Stoff1 so its better to do it than if the people that make the gearbox tels you to change it
Some would advise not to change it now if its been left so long.
