4:11 I like how you were worried about the bird enemy spawning only in the bird boss level, but you didn't even mention how Luigi defeated off-screen the only No. 48 which appears in the entire game. It's incredible how they programmed an enemy that not only jumps, but throws stars from its shuttle, yet it is used only once.

Five fingers? Yeesh, freakshow.
Fun fact about the secret level: some of the holes have goodies in them -- mostly coins, but also a couple 1UPs later on! You can sometimes see blocks in those holes as you're traversing the level, although for one, you need to scroll the camera down some.
Also love the boss stage here (and its music), although it is pretty difficult - in an enjoyable way, but still difficult - and Tatanga can be surprisingly tricky, if you don't know how to fight him.
Anyway, as for the next zone... Yeah, let's go in a circle. I vote for Macro Zone.

Star Maze has always had one of my favorite level themes in Mario. I’m hoping a future 2D Mario brings back a space world
I don't know this game enough to have a meaningful opinion on which next world to vote for, but my OCD compels me to pick "whichever order gives you the coins from left to right". A more symmetrical approach-left half from left to right, then right half from right to left-also works :V
Pumpkin Zone is one of the funnest ones from what I remember of this game. I vote for that one.

As a wee tyke, playing this game on an emulator on a kindle fire using touch controls during summer, and despite having the thing on full brightness being barely able to see the screen... I got multiple game overs on the boss space stage. I new you were able to cheese the boss, but for whatever reason 8 year old me couldn't beat that freaking level for TWO WEEKS.
Also I vote Mario Statue zone.
