I love your camping stories. A couple of years ago I was camping in glacier with my sister and niece. In the middle of the night an alarm went off it wasn’t CO2, so we had determined it wasn’t anything dangerous. We could not get it to go off , we even called my husband in the wee hours of the night for advice. Finally, we ended up disconnecting the battery. It wasn’t funny at the time, but it is a little funny now. Thanks for sharing your adventures.
@@WiseOwlKnits there is nothing like being on a “relaxing” camping trip and having alarms go off. Our old camper had a detecter right by the heating vent so we were forever turning it off. I just watched your latest episode and I love that shawl!!
You be you! That's why I'm here, oh and for Pirate 😉. It looks like you've got plenty of knitting on your plate. The Chicken Lady Thicket is so pretty, I purchased a skein too. You might get it worked up before I do. I'm so looking forward to the SoCal Fiber Fair that I've picked out patterns to buy for already 😂
I enjoy the way you do your videos. ♥ While a "polished" video podcast can be nice, they often don't have that authentic feel, if you know what I mean. I want to make meaningful connections with people who craft.
Do you ask for ppls length of bottom of their foot for knitting them sox? I was going to knit some sox for a friend- she’s a tiny thing and I thought she was maybe a 8- turns out she was an 11! Wow! My channel is very unprofessional- I don’t number them or ask for subscribe or like. But I don’t care. 😂😂😂❤
@@Emmyemmcee I ask for shoe size. I have a chart that I copied and keep on my phone that tells me how long the leg and foot should be. I think I have your email so I will send them to you.
❤❤❤ be yourself Joan!
I love your channel. Just be you and don't change for anyone. So much realness like the rest of us real knitters!
@@indygal3539 I have the best subscribers.
Don’t change anything. Everything is great. Love your podcast. Love seeing pirate and the other dogs.
@@sandydonaldson2338 thank you so much
