I will always respect Ono. Thanks to him, SF got back from the dead. Sure, not all his decisions were the best but at the end of the day, he was a fighting game fan like any of us. I bet he was the only person working on Capcom who had faith in fighting games during the dark years of fg. I will miss him :(

I’ve been playing Street Fighter 3rd Strike and I’ve been really enjoying it. Because of your videos I’m wanting to play Guilty Gear Strive; (after I get a PC that can run it better than 3 frames per hour) that game looks so stylish and fun. Keep up the good work, my good man.

All the super including the most “boring” ones like Shinku Hadouken, Sonic Hurricane, or Falke Psycho Fluegel looks a lot better and have more impact if you set it with K.O screen.
You know i think if kage stepped on the character's foot and did shin shoryuken when red background and the splatter effect where the face is in a split would definitely boost rating by 1 or 2 points
Max made a mistake of not doing a KO with many of the supers, in addition to not using a normal sized opponent. Kage’s Metsu Shoryuken looks like he ripped the poor guy’s head off in the KO screen, which makes it look 10x more badass.
Considering how they kept adding characters and refining the gameplay of V to the point where it's actually a solid game, it's very disappointing how quickly they like Infinite just die
I’m just hoping that they can launch VI as an actual COMPLETE game, because most ppl don’t have the patience to wait 5 years for a game to be solid. I’ve played V a few times throughout the years, and noticed the changes every time. Im glad they improved the game, however, still too little too late. Game’s life cycle was artificially inflated, so I’m hoping VI will be more refined as a result of that.

Karin, 8/10, fits her character and isn't boring at all
Rashid, 7.5/10, would love to see a Marvel vs Capcom upgrade to it.
Rainbow Mika, 10/10, it really is funa nd dynamic, regardless if you're into fanservice or not.
Vega, 5/10. Could've ben better.
Necalli, 8/10 and 8/10, the first one is great but the final hit lhas no impact, and the second is faster but with more ompf.
Ken, 7/10. Almost great, just alright
Birdie, 8/10 pretty fun at least.
Cammy, 8.5, really good.
Bison, 7/10, not his best but still good.
Nash, 9.5/10, right balance of build up and suspense.
Chun Li, 5/10, I'm so done with this super being used for her main one, it's just boring.
Ryu, 2/10 yawn, just a beam super.
I can’t believe they missed the opportunity to do a Jet Gatling reference from One Piece for Luke’s super
Ralf from KOF does an actual Jet Gatling for his biggest super. I have seen it in at least 1 or 2 games.
I like that you paired Dan with Birdie in this video cuz it pretty much references when Dan fought and lost to Birdie in the Alpha anime movie lol
The mad man did it! I'm so happy you remembered your promise back in 2019
I feel like Max's comment about Luke's super is accurate, and it's supposed to be. Luke is young, brash, and hot headed, so his super kind of reflects that, so maybe future installments will have more personality in a characters super.
I like Dans critical art alot It has alot of real moves and it shows off his training but in a more "Dan" fashion
Alright now I can't stop thinking about Birdie's booger flick interrupting Dan's taunt (and potentially killing him).
I was in 6th grade when this game was released and now I’m a senior in high school. Oh how the time flies…
I will always respect Ono.
Thanks to him, SF got back from the dead.
Sure, not all his decisions were the best but at the end of the day, he was a fighting game fan like any of us.
I bet he was the only person working on Capcom who had faith in fighting games during the dark years of fg.
I will miss him :(
Poison saying ORA is hitting my Jojo senses
It's hard not to think of Star Platinum and his iconic phrase
Remember when SF5 launched with 16 characters
Thats one more than strive
With Poison's super, I've always heard her say, "Take a hike," and not "Take off!"
Bottom line Ultra Street fighter 4 supers and Ultras we're way better. They got lazy with Street fighter 5.
Rose literally did the same thing as Fulgore and got three points less than him
Going to miss this game but can’t wait to see what’s next. Hopefully multiple supers and maybe a bit more cinematic
Dan's first super is the hardest Dan has ever gone. Loved it.
I hope Soul Calibur Gets the Love it needs!
most of these supers go up like a whole number with the KO screen
Ok, you've done their supers. Can u rate their V-skills and V-triggers, pls?
You gotta put the health low to get the cinematic. I give this video a 6/10
Surprise surprise, chat lied. Akumas Demon got, “An A… And I don’t wanna give it an A+”
When I look at Oro's super all I hear is, "Scream all you like. I will still break you."
Max, your videos have rekindled my love and admiration for fighting games since it fell off after Mortal Kombat X finished.
Dan: Piece of cake!
Birdie: YEAH! I'd love some cake!
I feel I was more impressed by the Nergigante Blanka outfit than most of these supers. Surprised that there were no comments from him about the Ora Ora out of Poison but I can't remember if they did that in the last version as well.
If you need proof that the supers in this game suck ass, Luke's big super is literally his level 2 in sf6 lol
Is Rose actually based on a jojo character?
yeah and so is guile, lisa lisa and von stroheim specifically. gill and urien are also inspired by the pillar men. im sure those arent the only ones either
@@mynameisfury7320 which one was based on strohiem?
@@TableTopTransformer guile. I said specifically but meant respectively
Yes
It's crazy to think about the fact that Luke's super likely looks weird in this game because it was never meant to be a cinematic super in the first place lol
I had to make the video speed 0.25 and pause frame by frame to see a weird max emote at 5:49. It surprised the hell out of me lol.
03:37 literally forgot what she does.
- sfv in a nutshell.
Y’know after looking through old games I used to play I think that a rate the super on Naruto ninja storm 4 would be pretty dope
All the super including the most “boring” ones like Shinku Hadouken, Sonic Hurricane, or Falke Psycho Fluegel looks a lot better and have more impact if you set it with K.O screen.
Don't know why boring is in quotes
So many of the CAs in this game get bumped up a point or 2 if they KO
Lucia's super is her super from Final Fight 3. For some reason, Capcom decided that their side-scrolling beat 'em up needed Super Moves.
How the hell are you gonna give a character that’s the future of street fighter, a shitty super?
Funny thats how i thought for Ryu and his super is far more worst.
You know i think if kage stepped on the character's foot and did shin shoryuken when red background and the splatter effect where the face is in a split would definitely boost rating by 1 or 2 points
Luke's super is like Fei Long in SF4 just changing the sky kick into another face punch...
Max made a mistake of not doing a KO with many of the supers, in addition to not using a normal sized opponent. Kage’s Metsu Shoryuken looks like he ripped the poor guy’s head off in the KO screen, which makes it look 10x more badass.
Dan: PIECE OF CAKE !
Birdie: YEAH !
Cammy ass shot super is the best follow by poison whipping you and of course you can't forget menat hip dancing super that everyone loves lol
Disney doesn't have the patience
I feel like I would like Kage more if he didn’t have that stupid jaw. Horns make him like a knock Jin
