      Nobody could ever beat sheiks challenge and I’ve heard there was matches back in the day where fans were legitimately allowed to try. Even ultimate warrior couldn’t do more than 1 or 2 reps, the technique and strength combo required is truly immense

      @Youre_Right Рік тому +1

      @@WarHasNoRulesThat was a work. I’m sure Jim Helwig could have done better, but he was supposed to go out there and fail. Not saying Shiek wasn’t a beast, but with practice it will become easier. Like the guy at the beginning of this video wasn’t some huge guy, but he made it look easy.

    I use them for legs and upper body. I'm 60 years old and I can swing them very well. It takes time and practice, but it creates an amazing strength. At 60 years old I compete with younger men in BJJ. No problems.

      @@philiphill56 you can mimic kettlebell swings with medium weights and mimic traditional lifting motions with super-heavy clubs. it's definitely not the same as doing a traditionally heavy barbell squat, but it's more so for general conditioning and endurance (which is important for any grappling sport)

    • @asv435
      @asv435 9 місяців тому

      No. Iran was never part of India. You are confusing Indian Zoroastrians who originally came from Iran (Parsis and Iranis). Not sure if you are just misinformed or a Pan Indian, trying to claim everything as part of India. There are some language ties between India and Iran (those belonging to the Indo European languages). And there are some other similarities. But the countries, its peoples and tranditions are quite different. There really is no solid proof of many Indian claims, such as the origin of all Indo European peoples, the invention of guitar, chess and Indian clubs. Those claims can easily be made by Iranians. UA-cam videos are often filled with mostly Indians trying to claim so many things that they can’t prove, because they show a fundamental lack of knowledge, class and self esteem. The true noble Indians don’t need to spread false information and make claims they can’t prove. The Indian propagandists also dismiss any proof shown by others and argue like sore losers. They should learn from the noble Indians who are too busy to go on Iranian-related videos, clogging up the comments section. If you aren’t an Indian or South Asian, you should be aware of this.
