MashaAllah, hopefully it is ok to do just the standard front to back motion because I'm not coordinated enough yet to do the constant left and right swing haha.

I think I could handle 2x8kg now, but that's still out of my league 😂

I don't know why this is called persian mills? This are Mugdars... there are huge number of evidence and detailed videos in UA-cam... of its origination from the culture of Sanatan Dharma... and from the land of Bharat... all our Prominent deities like Yamraj, Bajrangbali... and Supreme deities like Narayan all have Gada as a weapon(a variant of clubs or mugdar)... which is clearly depicted in our scriptures too!

they are look the same but different in a lot of ways. and clubs are the weapons of old so its totally possible for 2 different country to have a training similar to each other.
Persian meels are usually used in pairs, while mudgars are usually used individually.
the meels is part of Pahlevani and zoorkhaneh rituals(which goes back to more than 4000 years ago) They use different equipment

@@rezaaboutalebi9561 I can agree on most of the things you've said... but, Mugdar is also used in pairs. Just type - Indian Mugdar training!!!

@sumandas9487 it's for training archers and shoulder strengths. So they can pull string long enough and shoot multiple arrows without getting tired
