With wheels it is more to do with quality of construction rather than speed. Getting quality rims, spokes and hubs will give you trouble free cycling whilst cheap stuff fails if you are riding a lot. Power meters are very good but expensive. I would recommend as well, but if you just putt around on a commuter bike maybe not worth the money. Plus many power meters are crank fitted and there is so many different cranks so a lot of research is need prior to buying.
Pushing just one brand of tyre is a bit unfair. Other brands are very good in specific applications. Contis are good, but they are a little over rated. I wouldn’t say they are the best, just a good all round tyre.

With tires add tire slime you can get 30punctures with out relising cause it fills the holes
