Very Good.I saw this movie in the theaters when i was 10. I also knew Jerry Reid, i met him in 1984, and saw him a handful of times through out the 80's. My dad was a celebrity bus driver, after retiring from greyhound (34yrs). I hung out with him for two days one time. Also hung out with Tanya Tucker, The Highwaymen and Hank Jr. One of my favorites was John Cougar...But Kris Kristofferson, he son was my age and they were laid back. Jerry Reid gave me a hat signed i still have today.

I was too young for Smokey according to my mom, but I did get to watch Hooper at the theater a couple years later on my 8th birthday. Turns out that had some "uncomfortable" elements in it too. HA!!! Hey, but it was a 1970's Honky Tonk film..whatdaya gonna do??
