    I’ve done a recipe like this before but the buffalo sauce was runny and the chicken didn’t taste much like buffalo chicken. What do used to coat the chicken to get the sauce to stick to it? Is it just the garlic and onion powder or is there a breading that you put on the chicken before the seasoning of the Buffalo sauce?
    4:43 4:47

    • @ChefJackOvens
      @ChefJackOvens  Рік тому

      The best practice is to let the chicken marinate for a while if you’ve had this problem. Nothing else apart from what you see is added in the recipe. No hidden ingredients are added without me telling you.
