    Loved the opportunity at end interview to match or put emphasis on your personality traits with those that might have been mentioned by the interviewer .

    Hello Bohlale, I love your videos - I think you have such super clear guidance for young talent! A question: If you wanted to ask the interviewer about growth, development and career advancement opportunities at their company, can you suggest any guidelines for how to do this so that it doesn't come across as "What are you guys going to do for me?"

    Hi Aus' Bohlale. Thank you for the tips. Is it advisable to ask how you compare to other candidates or about any reservations the recruiter may have wrt moving you to the next phase of the recruitment process?

    • @bohlalepaile
      @bohlalepaile  3 роки тому +1

      I think its okay to ask the question whether there are any reservations or any further point of clarification they may like from you regarding what you have said in your interview. It will give them an opportunity to give you some feedback. But don't ask about comparison, because if you rank poorly then it'll be hard for them to tell you that.
      Rather tackle the reservation question instead.

    Hey Bohlale, how many questions would be considered too many? I currently have about 7. for a specific firm. Some firms' websites/ social media don't have a lot of information that speak to the role itself. So I have to ask about it during the interview, hence the many questions. What is the maximum you think I can have?

      @bohlalepaile  Рік тому +2

      Maybe try keep it to the top 4! Time permitting… if you can see that there’s no time, then shorten the number! Don’t just ask for the sake of having many questions

    What kind of questions can one ask of they interviewing at a company that they once worked for?

    • @bohlalepaile
      @bohlalepaile  3 роки тому +1

      You can ask them about whether anything has changed in the organisation. Ask them about the team structure that you are going into, focus some questions on the role and growth opportunities...plenty of options !

    Mama B back with some quality content. Thank you so much 💃💃🔥 just a quick question: if you are being interviewed as a prospective/potential candidate attorney would it be wrong to ask 'what does it take to be retained after articles'? & Would it be wrong to ask 'what can kind of support can I expect from my principal/mentor'? (With this particular question I'm just thinking in terms of managing one's own expectations & just ironing out some myths when it comes to the CA-Principal relationship)

    • @bohlalepaile
      @bohlalepaile  3 роки тому +1

      You are welcome to ask what they look for in a candidate that they are wanted to retain. Make it an open ended question by asking what they look for in a candidate during their article period in order to retain them.

    • @bohlalepaile
      @bohlalepaile  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks for asking this question... not please don’t ask about salary during interviews... let the recruiter bring up the subject first!!
