The fish is added mostly to add extra protein to the cereal because after the first 6months of exclusive breastfeeding, that's mostly the first meal introduced to the child.

Thank you. I used raw deshelled groundnut but you can use already roasted groundnut, thats fine 🙂

And it is similar to pap just that it has more constituents, instead you can make soyabean powder(soya beans, groundnut, crayfish and unripe plantain)
