@@mercykimani6014 hi mama ,once the potatoe is cooked, I peel an apple ,then I cut them into pieces,and then steam it, for about 1-2minutes just to make it soft. Please don’t cook the apple,so you don’t lose the nutrients. steam it. then blend all with the potatoe and serve

Thank you so much for this. My 9 months old baby does not eat anything other than baby food (friso gold), and rhat one is even by force. The only thing he likes is breast milk... I've been thinking of how to get him to eat potatoes, but potatoes are too thick to force into his mouth. With this, I'm sure in can get him to eat.
