Exactly what I needed to know. Bought hydraulic brakes for my scooter 8 months ago but had no idea hours to bleed them. I’ve done cars and motorcycles and they were easy. Now I can do scooter brakes. Thank you for a post well done.

Congratulations for the video. I have a question: to adjust the lever travel should it be done only by bleeding the oil? I like to have the levers that respond immediately to the braking and not halfway to the end of the lever travel. Can you give me some advice? Do you have a link for the oil bleeding kit (NUTT brakes) but only with the essentials that are needed?
With this instructions, the final step will be - replace pads and rotor with new ones, because they are contaminated by oil. Is very important to remove the pads in the beginning.
for those at home, those are 3mm, 4mm and 5mm allen keys and a torx t15, which is not an allen key. Also, TAKE YOUR PADS OUT BEFORE YOU BLEED THE BRAKE!! That's what the thicker part of that brake block is for!!!
Super review and super helpful, please I did everything as you showed on your video, and last move when I remove the tube on top to install screw a lot of oil get out not like inside your vido zero oil, why man I need help
I have a nanrobot d6+ and from sitting my in my living room all winter the back nutt brake lost some pressure. As I was burping the system it was getting better n better and then all of a sudden it went from pressure to zero pressure and I can't even burp the system anymore. What would cause it to go from almost fixed with pressure while burping to zero pressure in a second?
I followed every instruction, and every video is pretty much the same and I sincerely thank you guys for taking the time to do this for us but my liver is still very very loose and it’s not as tight as I would like it to be in order for me to break so another words it’s not safe for me to go fast at the moment, and before you say anything yes yes, I did press the lever until all bubbles were out so can you please tell me what else I can do?
Really need to know where I get this from and how to word it on Amazon we all asking for the kit but not responding to it the right way. Put it in your description please so we can click on it and send us the the right place thanks
Hi there, excelent instructional video, noticed many guys asking what type of mineral oil are you using and also what brand of bleed kit, would be really helpful, because is a bit of confusion
@@FalconpevSg hello I also would like to ask about the bleeding kit - any kit works or their are parameters that the kit need to fit (syringe screw diameter etc). Thanks in advance!
Thank you so much for the video! Is possible to provide links for the materials because online I do not where were to get those tools to bleed my brakes.
Where can I get the bleed kit with adaptors specifically to suit the Nutt system? Is the bleed adaptor same for e-scooters as well as for mountain bikes?
Think the first thing to do after bleeding ur nutt breaks woud be to get a sprayer and spray the whole calliper till its dripping with 70-90% alcohol so there is nothing left on the callipers and when u dry it off with some paper towels wait for it to fully dry and then install it fully onto the scooter
Question so I was riding my escooter i squeeze the brake and when i release the brakes it sort of felt like the hydraulic brake lock up after I release it any idea what may have caused this?
I don't get the part where the brake line has the old mineral oil, the new pink mineral oil is pushed up, and the syringe at the top has nothing but new pink mineral oil when the procedure is complete. Did all the old mineral oil come out when the lower screw was removed? Can somebody explain this missing old mineral oil?

Most brake videos I've watched remove the brake pads to prevent the chance of contamination. Any reason why you chose not to?
yes, as a matter of course, always remove the brake pads on all hydraulic brakes.
He is using the Brake Block Tool to prevent the engagement of the Brake Piston and Brake Pad
This does not prevent fluid contaminating the brake pads!@@AzraelPercussionNEO
Can you send me the link of the bleeding kit please. Thank you!!
Nice tutorial man, I was surprised how little was mentioned in the dualtron ultra 2 manual especially about bleeding the brakes!
These brakes are used across many scooter models

Absolutely ! What a mess ...
It's amazing that professionals don't disassemble brake pads and use brake cleaner....

Hi there, excelent instructional video, noticed many guys asking what type of mineral oil are you using and also what brand of bleed kit, would be really helpful, because is a bit of confusion
We use a generic mineral oil from zoom. But to be honest we don’t have a preference
@@FalconpevSg thank you for your reply, noticed some guys meant Dot oils, but i think the thickness of oil does count
@@ovidiualba9648 don’t use dot4 the viscosity is different and will jam up your brakes

If you font need a flush will doing a lever bleed with a cup be sufficient?

Why might one need to bleed it? I’m new to this.
The oil does leak out gradually over time and through wear and tear the oil loses its viscosity

How about 4 piston Nutt brakes? There is no bleed bolt just banjo bolt.
