Hello! They recently installed a new AC Rheem both inside/out units with a T1 Pro Thermostat (TH1110D2009) , however the AC runs for only about 6 minutes then turns off. It then takes close to 1 hour before running another 6 minutes… I saw another video about adjusting the cycle rate on the thermostat… Please let me know if this will fix my issue and how can I do it on this new thermostat. So what does the big number mean ? And the small one ? Small number is set to a low number but the big number won’t change and it’s hot. I have it at cool on and fan on, but still not not cold air coming through.
The large number is the indoor reading, the small number is the set point. The thermostat turns the system on and off and does not control how warm or cool the air is being disbursed from the system. If the air is not cool when the thermostat is making a call for cool you will want to get the system checked out. -Joey

Just got in an apartment. They have this thermostat and the landlord doesn’t even know how to turn on the “cool” option. Only heat is available. Not exactly that big of a problem in the winter but Louisiana summers get very hot.
