    마들렌 부푼게 귀엽네요ㅎㅎ 그리고 마들렌은 재료가 간단해서 정말 좋아요! 초코칩이 들어가서 더 마음에 들어요

    Hi Eugenie!! I absolutely love Madelines!! I think they are the perfect cookie for coffee!! I was wondering how would the recipe change if they where lemon flavor instead of chocolate chips. My dad is an addict to Madelines cookies but hates chocolate!! And at home I cannot bake a dessert that my dad doesn't like, war breaks out lol!! Thanks have an awesome day!!

    I tried making this. Taste is great but it didn't look as pretty. The shell part wasn't smooth And there were unsightly holes because of the chocolate chips? Please help.. What should I do?
    Btw, i left the batter in the fridge for a day. I wonder if that's a contributing factor to my problem

    Can I use granulated white sugar?

    • @jackievantyne886
      @jackievantyne886 10 років тому

      I don't think so, because powdered sugar (confectioner sugar in some part of the world) soaks up the batter kind of like a lighter version of flour so granulated sugar will make the cookies taste like pure butter and trust me you don't want that I hope this helped :)

    • @EugenieKitchen
      @EugenieKitchen  10 років тому

      Hi, Twa Becca. You can make confectioners' sugar by processing regular sugar with a blender at home.
