Hi do we store the madeleine in the fridge after coating with the chocolate immediately ?? Or can we leave them outside in room temperature ?? If can leave out at room temperature, how many days will that be before storing in the fridge ??
You can leave them at room temperature but only if the temperature is not too hot. It's best to eat them by 2 days but after that they should be refrigerated and eaten as soon as possible 😊
How do these chocolate shells hold up to regular room temperature? Will they soften or still say kind of shell like? Making these tomorrow for a neighbour who is unwell :]
