Having a great planner is the secret to staying organized this school year. Unfortunately, a planner that includes all of the scheduling tools you need can be pretty expensive, and cheaper planners are often less helpful. To help you, we’re showing you how to make your own planner that is totally customizable and includes all of the info you need to stay on top of everything from homework to your social schedule to everything in between. Using templates from other awesome blogs and websites, as well as a few of Jamie’s smart tips, you can make your own amazing planner that will help you get straight As and keep you on top of just about everything.

I like the idea of using a mini binder, as a cover for a planner, because it can be used over and over again very easily.
Love your idea of using ziploc bags. I found that they like to start ripping where I punched them. I figured out a solution! Put a strip of clear packing tape up the front and back of the bag where it gets punched! It makes it REALLY sturdy!
I've actually used that trick for the pages, because when I originally tried to put the paper, into the notebook coils the paper would break.
If only I could print things at home, lol. Neat ideas.

I did mine I Love Lucy inspired, I used newspaper for background and I used pictures from the show, thanks Jamie you gave me the courage do it myself, took me 3 weeks because I kept adding to it. Its awesome. Everyone keeps asking me to make them one.
