Age, diet & genetics play a big role.
Visual Age can be REVERSED by changing diet, routine, lifestyle, i have grownup children and look young as her. My aloe Vera video I posted. Will post more videos as I am secretly experimenting on different things, can't wait to record results n post them
Also for my girlies who have curl patterns or suffer from dry hair - you can oil your hair with the oils she recommended or any of your choosing and reverse wash it. So use conditioner first, then shampoo (I usually apply a hair mask or more conditioner on the kids and ends after shampoo because my hair tends to dry out quicker)

3.loose hairstyle
4.amla coconut mustard castor oil
5.Hair mask aloe gel, multanimatti,buttermilk.
6.regular trims every 2-3 months

Everytime i see a youtuber they must be using mamaearth and wow shampoo... Even i tried mamaearth bhring raj shampoo but it leads to hairfall... Earlier i was using dove and there was no hairfall problems... After seeing you using Tresemme i really feel relieved that you are not like the other youtubers❤

Do you take medicine? It causes hair fall, even pain killers and birth control
don’t use ANY oil if you have oily hair!! if you hair is oily you have to brush it daily with fingers, toothed comb or soft brush to get the oil through your hair daily. If you use oil with naturally oily hair, you will get dandruff and scabs.

Know your hair porosity and what your scalp plus hair need and use products accordingly. It WILL make a huge difference. And also... sls are not always bad.

Low porosity hair don't absorb oils like mustard, castor, olive or coconut

@@Soumyameghani no you are wrong. Low porosity hair can absorb thick oils than light oils. Especially black people have low porocity hair because their hair is 4a-4c and thick so they use coconut olive oil etc.

@@Soumyameghani i struggled with this so much. Jojoba oil worked for my low porosity hair so much. Coconut only sat above my hair shaft and dried it further

Hey just so you all know only massage your hair 1 week every morning and night a month bc if you do it more your scalp will get to used to the stimulation and it will not do anything

I would like to suggest you that don't use Tresseme, it is one of the worst shampoo you will ever use as it just make hairs thin and texture is also not good, it will try to change original texture. Rest everything is fine in your video
